Its damn good! Only issue is that theres no window in the rooms (which is ignorable) otherwise its perfect and the view of rooftop restaurant is amazing!

Its a good hotel. Rooms are great. Washroom is okayish. Staff is polite and prompt. Breakfast is superb. Only issue is the rooms dont have windows. In some rooms there is issue of insects. Located at prime location. Plush stay in budget price.

Hotel is at walking distance from Malhar Mall & situated behind it.Hotel & staff managed by oyo & have excellent hospitality standards as set by oyo these days.Lift is little bit small & having less carring capacity but manageable.Good Parking spacec outside hotel.Breakfast was nice & tasty.

Rooms are okay. Descent for 2 people if u only need for a night sleep and getting ready. It provides you with all the basic amenities. However room size is small. Also they had delayed service in providing us with bathing towels. We asked them for the same the day we checked in and even informed them that well check out early morning yet it was only after constant nagging that we finally had towels to take bath. Breakfast was good having sandwiches, poha and idli sambhar with coffee, milk, tea and cornflakes. The preparation of the food was good.

Its Worth !!We have a short stay at Silvotel booked by OYO room. Neat & clean room courteous staff and Mr Pradeep at reception is very cool and helping in nature. Food is awesome. Full Paisa wasool hotel with good location.

My wife and I visited Indore for a marriage party and stayed for 2 days in this hotel. I was given room 107. Room is of decent size.It was stinking with cigarette smell. I called up the reservation to ask for a non-smoking room. I was told- This is a non-smoking room. Two days later, I am infected with all the allergies and feeling very sick. I believe, this hotel is good only for people on business and not for families. House keeping not so good. Bathroom was small with dark interiors making it look even smaller. Reception & Room service Staff is good & cooperative. The roof top restaurant told us to have breakfast in the hot open area only as some person (VIP to the hotel) was having his breakfast in the entire a/c dining room. Still 2 stars as the staff is very good.

After getting higher ratings.. Its responsibility to maintain same.. But sorry to say u guys are failled to maintain the same

I was here for 2 days, 25th and 26th may. I want to give negative rating to this hotel, they dont have any hang of hospitality. Worst service ever seen. Wont even get chargeable drinking water on ordering, no towels, lift not working, etc.etc.etc. kindly see some other better place to stay, dont ruin your peace here.

Completely unprofessional staff.Worst checkout experience.I booked a single room for 5 nights.Per day room Tariff was Rs 1056.In the checkout bill, they manipulated the per day tariff to Rs 999. According to the Indian Taxation regulations, if the per dayuu tarriff is less than Rs 1000, theres no SGST/ CGST.This way, this hotel has evaded the taxes.The remaining amount was adjusted in Food bill( which I never ordered).Also the room stinks of cigarette smell. Gross!Rude receptionist, arrogant property manager and unethical hotel management.Trash talkers!

This is property run by OYO. The service is quite impressive. The interiors of the hotel and rooms give you the right vibes. Buffet breakfast is a major highlight, as they have got variety right from corn flakes, cut fruits to various Indian cuisines.

GOOD LOCATION AND GREAT STAFF SERVICE

Restaurant service is very bad. Even they are not serving drinking water on time. They even dont cooperate with family and children. After 55 minutes they served order and then too tasteless, the food was not cooked properly. If we need drinking water so we have to go to waiters counter for bottle. Owner is also irresponsible. Not recommended at all. Very Very bad experience.

The room was very small with no ventilation. The washroom were small and not at all properly cleaned. The room service was also not great.

Staff was not accomodative, breakfast served was worst. Renovated hotel but bathroom are old.

The rooms were much smaller than what the photos showed. Not worth the price at all. There was a continuous power outage that happened through out the night and the day. The service was slow and bad. Food wasnt that great either.

Worst hotel experience ever. Linen was unwashed and some smoke instrument was inside the room which could not be turned off. It was noisy. AC temperature cannot be shuffled. Bathroom was stinky. The hotel staff was ready to change the room but had to check out due to lack of trust at mid night 12:30 AM so I could sleep in other hotel. Dont recommend this place at all.

Some rooms werent well ventilated, so felt stuffy. The staff was accommodative and helped us with early check in, and change of rooms.
