WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.Poor gold quality. They dont keep record of their customers. Everytime you visit them youll have to carry a BILL COPY with you.Poor assistance. And beware and be vigilant before you buy silver from them and always make sure you double check the bill and the quality of jewellery they mention in their bill with return percentage.And please avoid buying gold chains from them. The one i bought from them started giving me scratches from the first day of buying it and when i went to them to get it fixed. It started even more hurting my neck after they got it so called repaired.So a big NO to the QUALITY , SERVICE, POST SALES SERVICE , CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE AND THEIR RECORD KEEPING ABILITIES.I am never going to visit them again even if they are the last store selling gold here in Indore. I would rather buy gold from a local store but not from RATLAM JEWELLERS where they believe im only SHOW SHINING but not in QUALITY and Customer service.

Toooo much deduction whn u replace gold it,s like loss if u,ll purchase smthng coz they didn,t recognize there own gold,s purity nd were dbtful if it,s gold or nt means obviously they r nt reliable so i jst didnt feel like purchasing anythng frm thm nw onwards

Well mannered staff with good sense of showing a good collection.. They r the only operating branch of Ratlam Jewellers..My wife like the designs here, kudos to the manufacturers!

Highly unprofessional staff behaviour.They have loads of staff & good thing is none of them are presentable neither they know how to treat customers well.Inspite of such a high competition nearby Ratlam Jewellers are the only one who doesnt want to change & improve either it be welcoming gesture to customers walking-in or sitting arrangements.Their staff is very very unprofessional.Quality too seems to be dubious when you compare it with Tanisha, Anand, Punjabi Saraf, TBZ or any other near them.

Good stop for those who want to purchase both silver as well as gold at a place which is not crowded like sarafa bazar. Polite and patient behaviour of few staff. Liked it.

Not much degines i found , you have to make order and wait for 4 to 6 dayand rates are also too higher. if you are from out of indore than by from your own place you well get the same thing in cheap price with same quality product.the rate of any jewellery will be 105%of hall mark jewellery 😢
