Was treated very poorly even before I entered in the store. The guard asked me if I could even afford the range they had before I had entered the store. This was the second case at second store in just 10 minutes. Very poor service. Really disappointed with Morni Sarees.

Got my lehenga from here , 1st they runied my lehenga duppata later, they corrected and provided the duppata late and when I confronted them ABT it they said no need to pay for the 2 duppata and upon delivery they chnged they words and all agreed that this never happened so duplicitous in nature never going back there... Poor service and double faced people

Best dresses

Highly overpriced and poor behavior with customers. If somebody is coming to purchase bridal outfits they will definitely look for options and also end up not buying if they dont like the collection. After all wedding is a big day for a bride, she would choose to buy what really impresses her. Unfortunately, in this shop one can see more than 3 options only if they will definitely buy something. It is their weird policy. Havent experienced this attitude anywhere else.

HORRIBLE is the one word for my experience with them.Very very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.NOT WORTHY to buy anything from them.They sabotaged the whole wedding shopping for us.Messed up the BRIDAL LEHENGA and they wont even accept their mistake let alone rectifying it.

Staff should behave properly. They started to judge people once they entered and dont show much dresses.

The staff here talks like they are owners ,this is the first time I have faced this issue in these 4years. Just want to say if your staff behaviour is similar in future too then there will be no morni saree. You are not alone as today there are many other showrooms too and I know you will get many other customer just for brand name but you cant survive for long with such behaviour from your staff

Got the amazing collections & deals for birdal & side lehngas as well as for the bridesmaids. The customer services was the wonderful experience I know of . Mr. Sandeep was our attender , he is well skilled & knowledgeable. Ill always prefer him for the every next time.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.. VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL people.As a brides father we had to go through so much mental trauma because of these people. Would never suggest anyone to buy from this place.We selected one outfit and they tried to give us another outfit. Lucky for us we had taken a pic of the original outfit so we could argue but the owner n the salesmen were Very Rude and Adamant.Wasted so much energy on this.

Very poorly packed parcel sent by Morni sarees and no finish touch. The spots found on dress and found dirty from bottom side.It was bridal dress and we expenses 50000 rupees on two bridal dressess. I am highly dissatisfied and anger.

Worst collection ever. Staff is very rude and thinks of them selfs as owners. And the whole store staff does body shaminng. No plus size clothes. Do fat people have no right to wear good clothes? Too costly. The designs are not worth the cost. Other stores provide same designs for lesser cost. No customisation options available for your clothes. Most of the costumers go empty handed.

Cost wise not good...

No doubt they have huge variety of sarees and lehengas but the customer service is very poor. We went to buy a lehenga we booked and they asked to come after 25 days.After 25 days the blouse was missing , kept us waiting for 1 hour to search ...lehenga was not the same what we choose , on telling them that it was not the same lehenga the owner started shouting , he was very arrogant , used abusive language for us , and asked the staff to make our vedio....on saying him that he cant film us without our permission he kept shoyting on us continously. He forced us to buy the one which they prepared for us rather than what we choose. We didnt wanted to create more mess so came unsatisfied from the store.I would not recommend this store at all. Very poor customer service. Owner is highly unprofessional.
