I went there for Keratin Treatment. My hair was good until the first hair wash. After the very first wash, my hair was like they have gone through some Hair spa. I had spend 5k to her, and she doesnt even know how to do it.My suggestion to her is if you dont know anything, dont do it. Simply deny to your customer. It was not just any usual stuff for some bucks. You can definitely go here for some average make up stuffs, but never go here for something expensive like this. She did it for the first time, the owner herself, and she badly sucked at it.I see many people with the same treatment, and their hair are like very smooth and its effect can be easily noticed. I dont know what she has done to my hair. She was even trying to connect to her senior multiple times during the process, and was seeking help from her as what to do and what not to.PLEASE DONT CONSIDER YOUR CUSTOMER AS FOOLS.
