The understanding that a person does not cut it in, what he does came when it was too late to refuse - the first agent was applied to the hair, which destroys the hair structure.I have done this straightening more than once in another salon, so I know the technology perfectly - in Studio F they have not heard of it. They did not check the readiness of the hair for washing, they did not know how to check, they did not indent from the roots, they desperately saved money.The son constantly asked his father what to do and how to do it.The young man learned from me and, obviously, did it for the first time.The father was furious with his son for the fact that he worked slowly - he came up to tear off my protective apron, yelled at his son so that he got ready and put a towel around my neck. Tugging at my hair, he began to apply the product, tearing my head apart with a metal comb. I demanded to let go of my hair and stop scratching my head. I could hardly restrain myself so as not to burst into tears from such a rude, boorish and obscene attitude.The owner didnt care, he didnt hear me.They saved money by cutting the normal dose by half! I asked to add funds to the hair, maybe I remember very well how it should be, but in the salon economy was more important.As a result, the scalp was burnt, the hair fell out along the hairline, the roots were burnt along the parting, a receding hairline appeared on the back of the head, the hair on the temples fell off.I have no words, I could hardly restrain myself so as not to burst into tears in the cabin.I don’t understand why make such promotions if you hate potential customers and how you behave like filth towards your customers ?!Hair should now grow out for at least two years. On my complaint, the owner yelled at me, kicked me out and claimed that I was a rogue who got what she paid for.
