Got face waxing done from Babyliss. It was an horrible experience. The girl who did it, ripped my skin from face . She used very hot wax on my face inspite of me telling her that the wax is pretty hot for face , she didnt listen and said it is supposed to be. And when I told her that iam have burning sensation on face , she excused by saying it happens. She gave my face second degree burn injury. Horrible experience. Dont knw whether my face will recover completely or not. Hoping not to have scars left.

Just take hair treatment from chirag a week before which name is sixteen it’s pathetic my hair become more dry and rough i go there for sharing my experience but he even cannot ready to talk it’s truly pathetic please don’t go there they use duplicate product

They dont show the product brand before application,not on time, dont have sufficient staff.

Horrible service. Stylists Vishnu is good but booking ladies manipulate the bookings. Was booked for hair cut and clean shave. Vishnu did hair cut and then suddenly in middle of shaving went to attend some other customers. Haven’t seen a horrible management like this in ages.

Horrible booking staff.They manipulate the charges after offering discounts. These days they are luring the customers by offering 20% Diwali discount but they dont show their service menu card during this period, increase their service charges and ultimately charge you the same price as they charge without discount. Real thugs. Not recommended.

Horrible experienceFirstly they will ask you arrive right on time for your appointment. Then theyll ask you to wait for 45 minutes.Poochhne per bolenge ki ....ham kya kar sakte hain, doosra customer time le Raha hai. Aap Ko aana hai toh Baad mein aa jao. Abhi toh time lagega. Vo hamare regular customer hain. Kya karein.To BC meko appointment Kyun diya. Who will f*cking pay for the time I wasted waiting there. I waited at Babyliss for 45 minutes for a haircut that doesnt take more than 15 minutes to be done. And they didnt seem to be apologetic about it. Instead they had the audacity to ask me to come later.If I am respecting their timelines, I expect the same in return.PS: its a weird place. With a lot of staff. But none ready to attend you. Even on a Sunday afternoon, there were just 2-3 customers. Obviously 1 being attended, 2(including myself) waiting indefinitely.

Gud saloon to opt..all the services are upto the mark...most importantly you will get consistancy here
