A ver beautiful experience. The breakfast was delicious. Accomodation was superb and at par with 5 star category of hotels. Bathrooms, Rooms and lobby were a treat as always. Staff is well trained and polite. Driver accommodation is available is for a nominal fee. Bottled water is complimentary which is an icing on the cake.

Food was great in taste in looks in smell... bit expensive but worth quality. Way of serving is really nice. Indore Marriott hotels hospitality is superb. Ambition is so perfect. Restrooms were clean and hygiene maintained. Staff is well trained, experienced, cooperative. Rooms, halls, garden, restaurant, all are up to the mark. Location of Indore Marriott hotel is in the city, nearby malls, hospitals, Airport, Railway station, Bus stand. Ill surly visit again.

The luch buffet was excellent. Suroj was great while servicing us. Highly recommended.

Very poor service. Checking took more than 10 minutes. Keys didnt not work. Room were dirty, plaster was falling down and stains were found in the floor. Work table had a number of scratches. No response to complaints. Not worthy of a five star hotel

Marriott isnt unknown brand or chain. The name is enough for people all around the world coz most of the stays are done in these big giant hotels only.I personally didnt like the Hospitality, Taste, Time Management and Quality although the Ambience was good to cheer up but the former aspects must be taken care by the management very seriously to maintain their customers and the goodwill they own in market.I wouldnt say NO to public to go & chill there but I gave the feedback as per the services I faced/went through.

Rooms are on the smaller scale... else its a good hotel. And has a fulfilling breakfast and dinner spread.If on business trip...this surely is a good place to stay

This hotel has changed name many times.there are two Marriott in indore. So please cross check before going.This is 5 star hotel so there is minimum standard. Rest everything is as usual.

Overpriced and bland food, slow service good arrives cold, flush in the washroom doesnt work properly and the door gets stuck, plus rude staff. Im giving 2 instead of one because atleast the rooms are tolerable.

I went Marriott hotel room for 2 days, one thing I want to mention here the bathroom of room are not has lock system , light of room is very dimmed so very difficult to do makeup here. Gym is good. Swimming pool spa center all are closed due to COVID. Otherwise nice venue for marriage.

Worst experience at marriott.. i have stayed many times at pune n mumbai marriott but indore marriott is worse in service term..in the amenities section they show smart tv bt in room there is no smart tv no hd channels. While asking at help desk they say to sign in to their wifi on tv and later their expert says we dont give smart tv service. Also after paying lavish amount no hd channel were subdcribed. They also asked our driver to park the car outside the parking lot as per them they show parking facility too. Food was good but the stay wasnt as expected or i should say the amount i paid to stay at a 5star hotel was not at all worth it. Other hotels provide better service.Also the room was not clean the TV unit was having dust the chair were having so many hair stuck on it. No towels were kept for the use. Dissppointed with the marriott

We went for Buffet dinner. Veg Starters were horrible worst. Veg Starters was stale in taste. Deserts were too very bad. They charge Rs 1500 per person. Its a full waste of money, Not worth it. Not recommended. Food quality Preparation very bad overall.

I have been visiting this property when this property use to be fortune landmark. The hotel has improved since then. Stay was good but the experience with food was not good. But the chef was very humble and polite and so are the rest of the staff.

Stayed on an official trip... Decent size rooms with all possible facilities... Best part was Breakfast, more than 30 options in buffet made it one of the largest spread I have seen... Taste too was awesome... Great Stay... Highly recommended.

Very sad to know that once we reached the restaurant for buffet they informed us that the dining will be close by 9.45 pm.I am an NRI and did the reservation through telephone and was assured by desk that reservation is confirmed for 8.45 pm, however surprised as the desk does not inform that restaurant closed by 9.45 pm.I traveller almost 30 kilometers from my home for dinner and returned empty handed.Will never recommend to my friend for dining at Marriott for my friends here and in abroad.Note : I have the Marriott bonvay membership but feel sad as why I have had itSalman Farsi

Just a big scam in name of big brand. Charging you expensively high amount of money upfront in name of brand and services offered are worst. Booked it for sisters wedding, promised to get rooms hand over around 2 in noon, didnt provide for that till evening 6. Post that the food was average and almost went off before guest can even eat. Takes around 1 hour to deliver the mattress and that too at around 1 in night. Rude staff and poor hospitality. Repeatetive menu, will serve you the leftover of last night in breakfast. Manager forced to pay the balance amount before the start of reception else he wont serve the guest. This is the kind of bully they do once they know that they have you and you cannot escape. Total disheartening and disgraceful experience.

It is one of most ambient and classy places in the town.The Dinner Buffet is one the most beautiful offerings that they have to present.It is a must visit place for people who wish to enjoy and spend quality time with their friends, family or relatives.Everything served here was great except foe the Pizza maybe it is my personal view about it but I felt it was too plain and lacked the spice content in it.

Marriage function held at hotel resembled an organised loot by polite well dressed, mannered lower staff where senior management had no power to thwart these unruly practices.

Competing Sayaji being next door neighbour is not easy. But you are doing good job. 5 stars for food, hospitality and services but one star less only because of such a tiny gym. In this section, no doubt Sayaji wins with flying colours!!

Smiling, courteous, helpful staff. Good sized clean rooms. The ground floor restaurant serving breakfast buffet is spacious and neatly decorated. I have not been able to explore other areas - like the pool, gym etc. Only one tower is operating right now for housing guests.One of the most premium properties in Indore.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff! Had an excellent 3 week stay here in November 2020 during the covid19 pandemic. Staff were always wearing masks, gloves and ensuring my safety. The food was excellent with a large variety of dishes, Indian, western and Pan Asian dishes! All food freshly cooked and never had any problems over 3 weeks so service is tip top. The rooms are lovely, clean and the WiFi is very good, good enough to work in the room. The gym is well equipped, has a nice swimming pool and 3 different restaurants available without leaving the grounds! My only complaint is the sound of the multiple weddings that happened during my stay, the music was very loud etc. But I think this isnt unusual for the time of year

Very energetic place, only I was sitting in lobby areas for a moment. Meanwhile the experience I had is phenomenal. Every employees of here ignored me but one person name Moriya perhaps she will be a front office executive treated me like just the way I am. I want to give a suggestion to Marriott employees specially whoever works in lobby areas first know yourself that who are you not identified yourself with your job that who you are. Kindly treat everyone like a life not with price tag or brand. Thank you Moriya 😊

Facility was truly 5-stars... and the Staff exceeded our expectations!Let me begin with our interaction with staff member... at the front desk, they were very professional, friendly and so helpful, and caring... they made us feel at home.Then there is the people in public relations, they also exceeded our expectations... they were very friendly, considerate, kind and also made us feel like family.The sincere care they gave towards our family will always be remembered. They succeeded in making us feel like Marriott was our home.Then there was the housekeeping staff... who serviced our room daily... they were absolutely incredible. They were all excellent in her duties, very detailed, caring, a hard worker and wonderful person.There were many others... the staff at the coffee shop and the entrance to the reasturant... all the Chefs and servers did such a great job...We will return to Indore Marriott because of the STAFF.There are many places that can provide a nice room, good food, and safe environment... but True Success in business is people and relationships.Your employees can be your greatest asset or your greatest liability.People can be knowledgeable, educated and perform their duties as trained... but in life... people do not care how much you know, until they know how much you careThe Staff are truly the reason I will return to Indore and only stay in Indore Marriott for it has become my home in Indore among a staff who has become our family.

Had a wonderful stay here. Perfect place for a break on our long drive during covid pandemic. Great service standards, staff was very responsive on all my covid protocol queries and found them following the protocol during our visit. Indian and Chinese food was excellent. Hope to visit again after the pandemic.

Went to visit the friend as he was staying in the hotel. Had the chance to have the food with him and we tried Non veg platter which had chicken , Mutton seekh kabab and Fish tikka. I must say the quality was good and taste was awesome. Also had pizza which was good . Didnt try the main course but whatever we has was good and tasty.

Food was not as appealing as expected as most of the dishes were vegetable based and we expected chicken more...Overall ambiance and the great decor and architecture was worth going there and. Eating.

We took a nights rest at the Indore Marriott while on the way back home to Mumbai. The hotel is clean, and the staff is very attentive, polite and friendly. They have been taking excellent measures to ensure the sanitization and prevention amidst this corona virus pandemic. Our food was served in the rooms since the restaurants were not functional to avoid crowding in a confined space. Their contactless service is very efficient.I had run out of tissues in my car and since its a long drive back home I asked the front desk executive Shraddha if I could buy a box of tissues from the hotel since I was going to take the highway and may not find any shops to get some. She was so nice to provide me a complimentary a brand new box of tissues without any charge.The food was amazing, the rooms are clean and the landscaping around the property and the hotels interiors reflect elegance.We loved out stay at the hotel.Thank you Marriott for your hospitality. We really appreciate it. If were ever in Indore again, wed definitely stay with you.

We had organised wedding at Marriott hotel during lockdown. Safety precautions during entering the hotel is good.Event manager recommended by Marriott staff organized the event neatly and decor was also nice. Food quality and taste is also good. I liked the breakfast buffet spread. Only problem was with slow service. Thats the area where Marriott needs to improve. Also, in rooms some toiletries were not provided. Overall my wedding experience and stay were good.
