Ive staying here for 3 days. Excellent food, room services. Good room quality. Its a proper 3 star hotel.

Awesome taste..cheese noorani..wow...services are bit slow but staff is well experienced and dedicated..must visit here for really nice taste.veg and non veg meals are served here ...

I love this place, I have been visiting it for more than 5 years now only for the veg sizzler, tutti fruti ice-cream and dum aloo ki sabji!

Super duper awesome food quality... just yummy.... sizzler was authentic and tasty... Chinese was also way toooo good... however ambiance is not what you look upto but a must go to place for food.

Worse service ever, we went here for dinner it took almost an hour to serve the starter. Meal also took again one more hour

Food is mind blowing here and the staff is so polite and courteous. Gotta love their Fish Amritsary, Fish Finger, Tandoori Chicken, Veg Manchow Soup and Pepper Chicken.The ambience is quiet and simple. And valet parking is available. Better to make reservations in advance as it is fully booked for most of the evenings-weekend & weekdays. They have a separate seatings for smoking & non-smoking seating. Make sure you mention that we make the reservations.

Its really cold and the food service is really slow! It took us one hour to get our food. And the waiter didnt even bother asking our order, we had to go up to him and ask.

Very good Hotel at prime location in indore. Hotel staff behaviour is very soft. Good response from receiptnist. Two days, I was stay with my family in this hotel. Room sarvice is very nice.

Have been going to this place since ages and it hasnt changed a bit in terms of the Food and Service they provide.The taste is really good and serve some real good Chinese Veg & Non-veg dishes.My suggestion would be try the Butter Chicken. Dont go by the name, I am pretty sure you wouldnt have such a dish any where else. It aint sweet in taste. Its just the right amount of spicy.The service is prompt and employees really sincere.A must visit for when you visit with Friends and Family.

Great Staff in the hotel. 24 hour check-out system is a great boon in this place. Close to restaurants and bars and not far off from the actual city place either hence making it an ideal place to stay in. Management is great and minimum stuff is required to get a room. Not extremely priced rooms either. The workers are good and help a lot. Soooo... its a good place!

Liked this hotel very much!! A wonderful experience!! The food here is very nice, especially the Fried Rice and Manchurian. Meeting rooms are also here, specifically designed for kitty parties. The staff is courteous and nice. Even the service is quick and the promptness of the staff is a credit to the hotel. However, the rooms are not that good and discredits the hotel also. Anyways, liked this place and definitely worth a visit for tourists.

Hotel Kanchan has one of the oldest restaurants at Indore. Their food quality is as always 5 stars. I believe that they serve one of the finest baked veg at Indore. Even the thickness of their curd is something to notice. Service is ok as the restaurant gets jam packed. But still waiting is acceptable for the delicious taste served here. Recommended for Quality food.

The food here is very nice. The staff is prompt and quick and the service is excellent. However, the ambience is merely okay and not up to par. Meeting rooms are also available here. However, they are only a hotel in their name. It basically caters to restaurants and meetings, and so is ideal for kitty parties and business conferences.

Good hotel to stay but i request traveller to book deluxe room bcz of big room size and main road view with French window. std room size is compact and no view outside. restaurant food is good but very costly, tea itself cost 47 Rs. including taxes. no restaurant nearby you have to walk 5 mins towards madhu milan cinema side on left you find kfc domino pizza, prem veg restaurant thali or online food like swiggy zomato and ubereats are active and restaurant like chotiwala thali cost around Rs. 79/- is good.

We have stayed here for one night. The room service was worse. We got water 40 minutes after placing order. Even after reminder.. At dinner we have not received all items whatever ordered. On enquiring, service man told that it will be adjusted with our next order. Next day morning, while we were checking out without making any further order, we found that the cost of undelivered items were included in the bill. And the front desk madam told us that she could not do any thing as the bill was ready. So we have to order something to make it up. I dont recommend anybody to stay here.

Their Sizzlers are terrific! Service was courteous and fast. Rates are reasonable. Enjoyed having dinner there.

For cleaning purpose cheap agents (phenyl etc) are used . Even the bed sheets, towels needs hygienic laundry.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Hotel is good it is near to market place but it have less parking space staff is good understand what you need and restaurant is also there you can have food at your room

There are some good restaurants also nearby, for those who want a change. For a budget hotel, this place offers good rooms, flat tv and free wifi!

Its an old restaurant serving food since last 35 yrs. I have been to this restaurant with my parents. After a long time I recently visited this with my friend whos is still loyal to the place . And there are many nris who are still found of this oldie.Food is good, they are known for there tandoori chicken which I found was jst ok . Although there curries are good .You can always found regulars sitting here and enjoying there drinks .Although it has lost its old charm but still it has something left in it.

Staff is amazing, very courteous, quick, responsive. Food was not as per the expectations. The place has lost its touch on food it seems.

I will put this hotel somewhere between a premium and budget hotel the service is so so.. Food quality is OK.. Rooms are OK you may get a feeling that you have entered a government guest house which but maintained also but rooms are clean and tidy.. You dont have much choice in breakfast hence you may have a not so good morning food prices are quite reasonable.

Overall nice stay.Good food.Easy approachabke from bus stand and Railway station.Also near to Hospital in case of emergency.happy hours are till 12 night.

Ive stayed here several times right since 1993.. value for money, good food too. Its a little old...but then some consider old to be gold!

Pathetic service. Was here for the second time to have dinner. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, they come up and say us that they cannot serve or it will take atleast more 30 minutes.Had good impressions for my first visit there but not anymore.

First time in last 35 years, I have found unsatisfactory service from restaurant staff and kitchen. We are vegetarian and have enjoyed Veg fingers, Veg Sizzlers for so many years besides Jain food during 4months of rainy season. But today it was disappointing as waiter conveyed that restaurant manager says that Veg food and jain food can not be served as this is a non Veg restaurant.

Rooms & locality are good against budget. Service is somewhat poor. Kitchens starts after 8 in morning. Billing process is not customer friendly. Staff strength is less

I had an awful experience here, TV did not start, AC remote was non functional, Towel was used,, no water in loo.I of-course got everything rectified. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Food was great, hence 2 stars.
