Even 1star is too much for the services .every one is busy in his own phone chit chatting.

Submited an application for my SIP to close 3-4 months back but still my application is not approved.

As usual the server was down. but the staff was helpful and helped me with bank statements prints using alternate option. its a pity with axis bank mostly the atms are down as well as the servers especially at a time when one needs to file for taxes.

Worst customer service, its like office office. From last more than 1 hour I am moving counter to counter but no one able to give the proper solution. Its not like a private bank all employee behaving like govt. Bank employee

I had a worst experience regarding my change of debit with new one it is just a process of 5 minute to provide me with a new one but they behave like goverment employees and took 2 hour for the card only. I was roaming like a puppet from counter to counter. Lazy, Pathetic, incompetent and unskilled staff they always do the same thing try to delay your work and keep asking you to visit them in couple of days. Shame on you people Tortise and even snail is faster than you guys dear you all need to awake and make understand yourself that you not working for Government Bank. And in the world of digitization where you have softwares and desktops to maintain data still you are keeping it manual and that to without knowing in which register you have maintained that data firstly they said we couldnt able to find your record after searching for long 1 and a half hour they said now you have to wait more for 1 hour. Just got fed up with your services you people are not able to maintain your brand value your bank should be renamed as Tortise or Snail Bank..

Finally i got my Debit card after 1hr 50 minute of struggle. I havent seen this kind of irresponsibility of employees in the private bank before. The worst axis bank branch in Indore. Really disappointed.

I also have very bad experience with Axis Bank Vijaynagar Branch staff they are very irresponsible, they dont have the value of others time. They are just doing time pass over there. Branch Manager should take some action against them, So that client will never suffer again.

Staff lacks experience..dont know how to handle high profile clients.
