This is a branch of one of the old bakery in Indore. Products are tasty. Ambience is nice. They also take back sold products, if you are not satisfied. Enough space to sit and eat. Parking space is available for bike and cars. A place you can visit with friends and family.

I love that theres a special place to sit down like in a deewaniyah. Amazing ambience, good food, on the spicier side.

Nafees rusk is the best I have tasted. Nothing to beat that. Exotic taste. Crunchy. Very crispy and delicious. Nothing to match Nafees even from the famous brands.

The wait time is approx 30 to 45 minutes on weekend. Parking is available. Waiters were bit stressed due to the weekend crowd. Service was not prompt. Had to request 3 times for glasses. Try visiting on weekdays. If visiting on weekend then be patient. Non-veg is better in comparison to veg at Suffa. Will not recommend if you want to have veg food.

Their staff dont even know which one is blueberry pastry.They hand me over the packed parsel on which I confirm the pastry again over the pastry counter if the packed the correct pastry.Even then they said yes. Now when I reach back home I fount they packed black forest. Now its tough for my kid to explain why i didnt bring his favourite pastry.If you ever read this, Please train your staff to not to ruin some small kid celebration due to small silly mistake.And for the gods sake pls correct your ph number on your carry bags.Unchi dukaan feeka pakwaan

Generally it is mentioned in shops that sold goods cannot be returned but they are the exception as they have mentioned in big and bold letters that they can accept sold products because our beloved prophet Mohammad PBUH has admired this act of shopkeepers.....and in Nafees its not just a promotion tact they actually implement the same.....they not only accept the sold goods but in our case they accepted the opened packet which we purchased and requested to return because of quality issues.....also that product is of some outside brand and not of nafees but they still returned that with some other product of our desire..... we highly appreciate the same....keep it up nafees!!!!!
