I had placed order from Mumbai as a gift for a friend in Indore. Looking at their reviews I was hoping a good service.But their packaging seem to be very disappointing.The box couldn’t hold the cupcakes and everything got distorted. On being questioned, they said repeatedly said that they had tapped the cupcakes to the bottom & it was the delivery partners mistake. (which was a clear excuse. As you can refer the pictures, there was no tape. And never they offered to refund money over the excuses I received.

The cakes are of awesome taste and quality.The best part about this place is its home made and not commercial like a bakery so every cake is special there.The cakes are a little over priced but it is justified as they are hand made individually.

Best cakes I have had in Indore. Finger licking stuff.
