Very high quality desserts. I ate red velvet and warm belgian chocolate pastry. They were very tasty. The prices were little on the higher side but the quality and taste were worth it.

It’s the most horrible store that I have ever visited, when they started they were too good and really care about their customers. However with time they seemed to have changed and simply treat customers like trash. The guy at store is very rude and simply ill mannered who doesn’t know how to talk to customers. After horrible service all you can expect is good food, trust me this place serves food that tastes pathetic. At cakes and craft they serve cheap quality whipped cream in the name of pastries. Hated it absolutely, never visiting this place again. And I really regret the business that I have given to cakes and craft over the years only to learn that after they have aged they will degrade the quality and service.

I bought their cherry cheesecake thats really pricey at Rs. 300 a piece. The guy behind the counter nodded when I asked him if it was fresh. Biting into it at home made it clear that the stuff had been on the shelf for 3 days atleast. Anybody in my place would have stormed back into the shop and demanded their money back. I had to dispose of 2 pieces out of the 3 I had bought and Ill never visit Cakes n Craft again.

A small and a very busy place in Saket, Indore. Quality of cakes and pastries is good. I had ordered a butterscotch cake for my Moms bday recently from here. The taste was good but not as delicious as something like Ferns n Petals.

Had worst experience with such renowned bakery of Indore. I had ordered cake which has to be delivered at 5:00 pm in party. Inspite of frequent follow up calls and messages the staff delivered the cake after 2 hours. They even didn’t intimated the delay to us. I have to make 15-20 calls to get my cake delivered.Non cooperative and careless attitude in delivering services is not acceptable.

Ordered a cake from Ujjain branch. I was doubtful about giving my design and having them replicate. So i asked them to share some cake they are comfortable making. This is what they showed and gave to me. This costed me 1.5k. They are not doing anything about it after i complained. Too expensive for the quality and design of cake they give.

Worst pastry I ever had, I ordered Rasberry Nutella Crunch of Rs. 200. Asked the person at the counter whether its fresh or not, he said its fresh but it taste so sour. Can figure out from the cream it wasnt smooth. Wont buy from cakes n craft ever now. They dont care about customers and in delivering fresh food items to people.

Very good location but the store is in bad shape, during rains it smells. Bought macarons which were not fresh and small in size and heavily priced at 70 rs. Cakes and other desserts were not that great looking and tasting however expensive in price too.

3 stars for taste.When it comes to delivery most pathetic and ugly delivery always, thrice I ordered via cake n craft patrakar colony shop Indore and that too from their own delivery and thrice cake was delivered broken.They could not deliver cake in one piece, so if you are looking to get delivered then better be ready for ugly cake and more importantly there is no resolution, nor no one responds on complaint.

They have a very limited staff (mostly 1-2 members). Since the taste is good, its usually crowded and hence you have to wait a lot. Ive returned twice empty-handed because they did not even address me for the 15 minutes that I stood there.

I ordered red velvet cheesecake and they gave me a plain red velvet pastry that too was really bad. Very poor. Other cakes are good, but this experience loosed them 2 to 3 customers.

Amazing work. I just googled a complicated cake and they got it ready within 5 hours. Very tasty, punctual and decorative cake it was. My friends were happy. Especially Sukirti Agarwal was so patient with my lists of dos and donts, very patient and polite. 5 stars for her work.

First ordered a cake on 21st January through the mobile app, delivery couldnt be possible within office hours, order was cancelled. Didnt get a refund! Today, on 7th March, ordered the same chocolate shots cake, it was so stale. Icing stood a good inch off from the cake. The cake itself was dry and perhaps was sitting in the fridge from 21st January.I dont understand how they failed me so bad but they sure did.

I asked for red velvet flavor in rose petal cake and they charged me Rs 50 extra for that but they provided fruit flavor instead of red velvet. Highly disappointed 😞I think this place is overrated and also they charge high prices for everything however taste is really good.

This is one of the finest cake shop in Indore which offers almost every design and flavor in cakes and also they serve good pastries and chocolates. They also serve macrons here which is very rare in town. They have nice ready to eat snacks. The place is little over priced but they are giving good quality which is compensating the price. Flies inside their displays and a terrible state of hygiene. The cake I brought home had to be thrown in the bin. They put old stuff. The worst is the arrogant attitude of the staff. They are simply not interested in selling stuff. It seems they r doing the customer a favour. My prediction is that the place will not survive beyond six months.

The place is awesome in interiors as well as exterior. I have been many times here for justify my cravings for sweet and had puffs, cup cakes and pastries. They always taste good. And the smell you get when once inside this place is awesome, fresh baking and mixture of chocolate and sweet.

Whosoever handles the saket indore branch is highly unprofessional. I tried to order twice and had horrible experiences. HE/SHE stops replying and while ordering the person acts as if he/she isnt interested to take orders bz i kept asking them for payment option but the person never responded. Would never buy again & wont suggest anyone to go.
