The worst bakery shop in terms of service, they show least care for customers, I went to the outlet at Scheme number 140, the person sitting at reception remained busy talking with some lady and not even giving attention to the customer, I kept standing 10 minutes and then I walked out of the shop, even then he didnt bothered to ask me.Pathetic condition.

I ordered birthday cake Rocky Road cake. Did online payment. After placing the order I got a call saying they dnt have this cake, they only had chocolate cake.We received smashed chocolate cake, birthday tag was placed inverted. Very dissaponting will never order anything from here. As this was surprise birthday cake.

Just the best place to buy cake in budget you can get the best cakes here. Have purchased many cakes and the toast and other chocolates are pretty good.The service is also good and the shop is situated at good place.

I ordered a cake on Ferns and Petals yesterday. Against the order I learned today that they are also like Swiggy and Zomato, the only difference is Ferns and Petals are worst of the lot as they cannot deliver the order on time because the excuse they gave is they are dependent on the DELIVERY BOY who dictates the term whether to deliver the item or not. All the reviews you see on F&P website are fake. Do not rely on Ferns and Petals and CAKE 365. Please google the efficacy of this company on google before ordering and wasting your money and time
