Quiet place to live... Spacious flat with good amount of natural light and air... Lot of amenities like gym, swimming pool, steam bath, temple, kids play area, parking, small garden, badminton and basketball court.... Wonderful place to stay

I had been opportunity to visit Kalyan Sampat Gardens to meet my friend. I was there only about 30 minutes and would observed that there many multi stories building. There are sufficient space for parking. The buildings are covered by boundarys. At the entrance gate Security Guard is there. After making necessary information than only Guard permit to meet the family.

Best Garden for you and your family members. There are many equipments for kids to play happily. Trees are awesome. You can go early in the morning for morning walk...

Huge residential area. Multistory buildings divided in different wings. Security guard is there.good parking area. Lift facility in each wing is there.

Bad designing of ground floor parking. Too many pillers. Lift is very hard to operate by old people. Corridor is well designed and ventilated. Bathroom have serious designing flaws like exposed washbasin pipe as builder forgot to give a drain etc.

Good parking place . Good place for stay only problem in rainy season of the front road is very dirty

Apartments and flat at bicholi mardana

Its a set of 200 residential apartments located at Biccholli Mardana tehsil at the tip of Piplihana colony which is not densely populated as other places in indore are. The apartments are nicely build & have ample of space in them, it also have a swimming pool located at the centre of apartments garden area & thats where they missed the fun, the location is not fit for most of the swimming pool enthusiastic individual because every apartment balcony will open in the garden. The planning guys at the apartment are also in making of a gymnasium & a community hall for functions, more over a temple in the premises is also being planned & will be ready by next May 2016 or later; the sports facility of the building include a basketball & badminton courts. The apartments celebrate most of the festivals at its premises with its 80 families at present. It also have security guards for safety point of view but its hardly of any use. The complaints of the build are hardly heard by the authorities like the complains of leakage & lifts not working are regular & not appreciated. It have 6 floors & all floors are cleaned on regular basis with the building maintenance paid by residence every month.
