Bad customer service! For the smallest work, they ask to leave vehicle for whole day. One of the biggest reason for failure of ford. Customer service is very important, they could not understand.

Worst experience of service here. Wanted to change everything which has small dash on like bonet and bumbher. Hardly work worth 500/-rs.rep but they want to replace and told why are you worried if you have insurance. They charged above 8500/-for the material which hardly cost 900/- Rs. In market.I was looking to buy one more ecosport in my family , because I am very much satisfied with this model of ford but now stopped to think about this.I wont advise anyone to buy ford vehicles in indore till the co. Doesnt solve such type of cheating and misbehaving on service stations.

This service center is located 3 kilometers from Dewas Nak, in front of the Lasudia police station. All the workers here are very cooperative and the service is also It gets very fast.
