I booked a mahindra bolero neo ...the dealer told me that my car will be available within 15 days but after 15 days he says the car is not available yet and later told me that it will take 15 to 20 days more ....what nonsense ...such a bad experience🤬

Wrong commitment for the initial sales, would suggest to take written dates for the vehicle delivery else your event could get spoiled or your planning would.Also they take 5 star ratings for themselves by their own hands at the time of vehicle delivery, proving excellent services but its actually worst. The attitude of sales manager we dealt was the worst part after not able to deliver vehicle on committed date.However they tried in last to satisfy by providing some additional benefits for customer delight, some people efforts were worth it too, that is the only reason to give 2 star.

We have visited the showroom on Sunday, dated 21-02-2021 and did test drive of XUV 300. we were total 6 persons.The sales person Miss Anjali explained everything to us regarding features and various models very systematically.We did test drive twice as 2 of us wanted to drive the vehicle before booking and she allowed us for that also.She was very polite in her behavior with us and was very professional with regard to her work.One of our colleague was with his friend (Mr. Dwarka Lal Patidar) and we were having a casual talk our self. Mr. Sandeep Singh Puniya did a joke at Mr. Dwarka Lal Patidar and we all laughed on him.Due to misunderstanding and confusion Mr. Dwarka Lal Patidar took the joke otherwise and lodger the complaint via mail to Soumya Motors which created trouble for your sales person Miss Anjali.We are really sorry for this and we apologize to you for the action taken by our colleagues friend.We again visited your showroom and did booking in the name of Mr. Sandeep Singh Puniya. We have booked W6 Diesel model of XUV300.We again contacted Miss Anjali because she was very professional and polite while showing the vehicle to us.We have no direct relation with the person who lodged the complaint, even we do not know him well. It was no mistake on the part of Miss Anjali.We request you to please acquit Miss Anjali with regard to the complaint lodged as she is not guilty.Even if you want to investigate the matter we request you to please consider the point of view of Miss Anjali and ours also.In case you require any help, we can come to your showroom for clarification.I hope you will take the action independently.Thanks and RegardsAbhishek Dhakad

Taking delivery of XUV 500 at Somya vehicles was a delightful experience. The process was made speedy and smooth by the courteous and efficent staff. The experience was ok at this showroom. The customer executive definately gave us a test drive and explained all things well. Its just that the cost break up and mahindra policies shared such as dynamic pricing even if you pay a booking amount and logistics cost for showroom added to the customer outside of ex-showroom price were not really convincing as a customer.
