This is in reference to my experience with Shyam Honda. Today i called receptionist of Shyam Honda, Airport Road Indore and i asked her that if i give my vehicle for servicing then will i get it back by the end of the day or not and she said yes so i went all the way to their service centre and then i was told that i will get it back after 3 days. Had i been told this earlier, I wouldnt have wasted my time in going to the service centre. Pathetic service.

Worst after sales service. I have submitted my vehicle on Monday and they promise to give it back within 3 days but even after 5 days I have not received any response even Mr Porwal (service head) said it can take X more days and we can not committee anything

Worst service and people are not polite. They take your vehicle with a promise to return in 3 days and you will heat back till 6-7 days until you called them

When I visited the showroom my experience was excellent with knowledge for the vehicle & its specifications given by the sales staff.

Executives perform their job fantastically, but directions given by them not followed by working staff properly. I can understand dealer/company should think about their respective wages so that they can work with thought that , working on their own vehicle.

Worst dealer in the whole state. Dont purchase any single vehicle from this showroom. Ridiculous service, people at the shop dont have time and manners to talk to the customer properly. Especially some Rajeev. Additionally, on the day of purchase, they just want to have bank check with amount and will hand over you the defective piece. Amazing dealership. Gave the Activa color I desired along with the brand of tyres I asked them for. Transaction completed in a few hours with delivery after that. First service was amazing as well, deposited the vehicle in the morning, and picked it up at noon, billing and handover done in minutes.

I had a very bad experience of service at this agency even though I bought activa from this center itself.Agency failed to provide breakup of job card in hard copy or written form. Agency further did not allow to take photograph of rough job card estimate and stated that it will send it through e-mail.
