I bought a Laptop on day 1 after paying for it, they told me that they dont have it in stock, so they will deliver it to me the next day by 1PM. But they did not show up. So I called them later that evening and they said they will deliver it to me by 12 next day for sure. So, I had to cancel all my appointments for that day and wait on them and I kept calling and they said in an hour, then i called them again when the hour had past and they said in another hour, the salesman did not show up until 6 pm causing me to miss doctors appointment. Then he just delivered and left without offering to help connect the printer to the network. The CDs with the laptop had two mac CDs and none for windows where as the laptop i bought was a windows laptop. Now I am calling them for service and hookup for the laptop and they are again acting like before. Horrible Service. Do not buy from these people they also make invoices as Yash Marketing.

Visited store on 06th Dec to purchase a laptop. Got to see entire range of lenovo laptops. As i am a current laptop user( Black color) , was keen to look out at more color options. I specifically liked Lenovos Denim blue color !! I eventually ended purchasing a Bronze color laptop as on Ci5 segment Denim blue color as i was told is not avalable : ( .Overall like the finish & performance of the laptop. As for the retail store, person attending me was courteous & updated lots of features in lenovo laptops which i did not find in any other brand. Overall i was satisfied with the services rendered by Arihant.

Bought a ci3 laptop on 9th Dec. Initially I was not convinced on lenovo laptop and casually went inside the store to look around. I must say lenovo has an impressive lineup of laptops and All in ones. Some features like Free accidental warranty full HD screen and anti glare screen,i did not find in HP as well. Arihant staff was courteous and gave me delivery as per committed time. Overall will highly recommend lenovo products and arihant lenovo exclusive store if u want to purchase a laptop!!!
