If I could have rated below 5 star I would have done that, the customer relation executive so called “SNIGDHA” is very rude( rude in a way that she already has lot of work to entertain). Honda or landmark group should send her to some educational institute for some literacy program. They don’t know how to talk to customers they don’t know how to retain a customer. They are just based on false promises. At the end she said you can go and make your car service somewhere else.

The body shop manager hiren dave is extremely rude, ill spoken and doesnt know how to speak to a customer.Need big time improvement on customer relationship management.Long way to go!

Service level at landmark honda has been degraded now.Even basic cleaning of the vehicle is not upto the Honda standards.

This was very bad experience I will not recommend to any one to go landmark Honda in Indore . Very poor services I send my car for service but they damaged my bumper and glass . And give my car 6 days in damage condition.

Workshop employees are very nice and they do very quality work. Loved it and Landmark is far better than Abhikaran Honda in Indore.

Their service is not good and the workers are also lazy. I gave them to my honda city zx for rear bumper claim and they not fix new bumper proper. I also got the car tore body cover for change and the new cover is of such a low quality.

The worst ever experience by the landmark honda.Never ever purchase any honda vehicle from the landmark and never trust for honda maintainence contract for 40000 km which they sell.I had been charged for all the service despite already been paid in advance.Now moving the consumer forum ahead despite many reminders for the payment & service issue.Till date they havent given the fasttag which they charged rs 700/-Also first service approx 3800second service they charged approx 4400on third service i had talk to company manager when they said there is no charge u have to pay.

Far away from City. Commutation is away.. nothing nearby to spend time .. and moreover car will be handed over not less than 4 hours..

This was my first visit, first free service of my car. Reception area was ok but waiting area for customer was not visible. Like an un organized place. Staff was very helpful, service executive also very good, but I m not satisfied with inside car cleaning. My cars touch screen was not cleaned properly, the dash board and wind shield also dirty, the polish they were apply on that was not clean properly. I m little disappointed. over all my first experience was ok.

They told me during servicing that my battery is getting weak and needs to be replaced and I said yes to them and they replaced my working battery with a 10 year old Amaron battery . After servicing when I tried to start my vehicle next day vehicle did not start when I checked battery was dead . I contacted amaron for battery they said whoever has replaced the battery with 10 years old battery has done fraud with u as the shelf life of battery is already over and now Im Ina big fix and will take landmark Honda to court for doing fraud.

Workshop employees are too good and well trained. Much better service than Abhikaran Honda.

Pathetic customer service.. I purchased my Honda Jazz in April 17. Didnt receive my cars registration card till 2nd week of September . Made 100s of calls and spoke to different people at Landmark Honda but no body cared. Finally contacted my local post office and received my RC. Above all Landmark people provided incorrect address details to RTO hence wrong address got printed on my Cars registration card.

Its better than pathetic Abhikaran Honda.But not too good or satisfying.

Out of city, poor customer service, delayed delivery, always inexperienced new staff, ready with excuses, highly paid, better to go out for service your car.

Their labor charges are abnormal high. For a silly work of hardly 30 seconds ( change of wiper blade ) they charged Rs 60.00

Services are good but staff tries to misleads at estimate and actual price or work that is not good for customers.
