Visited this showroom to get delivery of Nexon EV.Good things about this showroom :Polite staff, good ambience, welcomed with tea snacks and packaged drinking water.Things which can be improved:- Sales team should plan faster delivery to customers, I informed about delivery plan in advance still needed to wait 1 hr for test drive, 4 hrs for paper work after paying full amount, 2 hrs for accessories setup.- payment terms should be communicated in advance, I was planning down payment by debit card for which I was asked to pay 1% extra amount.- payment receipts should be generated automatically for all payments, I had to visit cash counter 5-6 times to get my payment receipts.

The showroom facility was fantastic and the staff behavior was great.Very smooth process and great experience.There was a person called anurag yadav he was very humble and professional.Overall a great experience. :)
