Good place. I was given the brief for and shown Activa 6G properly. Staff were good. I found that they were positive and motivated because of their manager who is a gentleman. Were offered tea, which is not very common due to COVID. Whole process of buying and getting delivery took 1 hr. Sale letter they gave me next day. Overall quick and good experience!

Worst service center ....No proper service and also not on time.Got my vehicle service after 4th day ....that too without the complete services as mentioned before booking for service.When u come for taking the vehicle, they asked u to pay in full first ..n then only allow you to see the vehicle to see your vehicle if it is well served or not - that too after waiting for more than an hour.....

It was our visit in Rajpal honda given activa for servicing and they have applied unnecessary charged without asking, changes good spare parts and taken away unnecessary money, Staff behavior was very rude , i will definitely prefer Dosha Honda as compare to Rajpal Honda bad service.

Poor after sale services, they only know how to change engine oil, 5-6 time I have asked them that rapid of my engine is making noise but their mechanic Sajjad says to me thats is a normal noise , if its a normal noise than why it was not present earlier, they think we are a fool , wont be doing service from here again .

Before sale and after sale services need to be improved. The information regarding the vehicle is not delivered properly. The wait time for the delivery of the vehicle is not approximated correctly. No correct and timely information or calls provided for collection of RTO bills and other bills to be collected. Had to randomly go and chase for required bills and documents. No reminder calls for scheduled services.

My experience with the dealership has been quite good, I purchased an Activa 125 in May 2016, always had it serviced here, no issues till date. Additionally, I once crashed my vehicle and it suffered body damage, since it was covered by the insurance, i didnt have to worry about the expenses, still the executive mentioned me the slight expenses that Id have to pay beforehand, it was nice to know that they were concerned to inform me. Cherry on the cake, my vehicle got repaired within 2 days rather than the mentioned 5 to 7 days.
