Morning Mates,This is about my experience visiting the authorised service centre of Hero at place - Dongargaon, Mhow.This is not the first time Ive visited the place but yes Ive visited the place first time after owner has changed and the experience I have sorry to but I may not visit again.Though the have good experience staff working from years may 12-15 years at the same place and with same dedication but post ownership change the main difference I have observed in there operation of running after sales services and incoordination amongst the staff.Look Im not against the centre but it is completely my feedback about the experience I had visiting.It is my Hero Hond Hunk which I took to the place for getting it serviced as I have a plan to travel 500 km in one go by this vehicle.The time I was in queue to get my vehicle inspected just the on customer in front of me surprised to get an estimate of 8k he was a local Customer that is something I observed and later he decided he want vehicle back as that is out of budget.Now my turn, guess what? Ive been given an estimate somewhere the same😅.Ive denied for few of the parts replacement and landed to 2500/- Rs estimate and left the place with commitment of delivery after 2 days as they have to take my vehicle at Indore workshop for front shocker straighten which is quite convening as may they dont have those equipments to handle that. Hold a slip Ive left the place.Next Ive got a call from workshop asking we have an additional work which is necessary to do and expected cost 1300/- which means 2500 + 1300 brings to 3800/- approx figure which Ive made up my mind to and was out of budget but still cannot compromise with safety so have to get it done.After that day Ive got a call from workshop by an lady asking for feedback how was your experience visiting workshop. I told her my vehicle is at your place only as yet to get it serviced lol 😅.So finally day to get my vehicle get back and serviced.In very first instance they helped me knowing the parts changed detailed information given and then some wax and polishing was happening before handing it over to me, meanwhile they asked to get your bill paid.The time Ive visited they handed me two bills.See just after your vehicle is ready after service they shoot a message on you registered number with the bill amount.The amount they texted and the amount they have created bill of was different after asking for explanation they said we missed to add one charge. Which made me little uncomfortable as I was expecting perfection as visited authorized one. Anyways, Ive paid the amount and left the counter and was waiting to get my vehicle gets polished suddenly a guy from the counter standing in front asking for 350/- Rs. more as they forgot to mention that too.Hope you can now imagine the volcano emerge inside me still I asked them calmly whats going on? You guys must have know it earlier as thats the only work you have and as said expecting perfection.I paid the amount and asked for bill, which I got.I decided to have a word with the lady who is handling the workshop and I must say she is a gem to the place.She listened to me and experience of mine and apologized too. Also, told me she can understand what Ive faced imaging being in the same shoes in which I was.Left place after all this Unpleasant experience.Now after getting it serviced from authorized service center I feel bump in both the wheels which is annoying.I did get a call from the same lady who called me earlier for feedback. Ive told her about the bump she said you must visit again and have it rectified but hear me clear. Im not in mood to visit again as overall it was not good experience.Hope you guys have good experience and they may do changes in there services after reading the review.I appreciate if you read it completely and like/comment to let me know your views too.Take care of self and family.Happy riding!
