Went to the showroom on 14th to check on the delivery status but the same guy told me that now the bike will be delivered on third week of January. I went on third week, then they told me it will take more time and might be delivered next month. During these 4 months waiting period, not once did benelli contact me to update about the delivery status. On 25th January, i asked them to cancel my booking and refund the money. Noone replied to my . Then i went again on 3 February and they told it will take around 4-5 days to refund my money. They were going round and round but not giving any satisfactory answer. When i asked Mr. Deepesh to write an email to me that my money will be refunded in 4-5 days, he refused to do so. In the end, i had to go there again and take my money back after a lot of arguments. This was totally unacceptable and worst experience with any company i will never recommend anyone to trust or go for this brand.

This bike is a complete retro bike with good features to ride in the city and even off roading. Comfortable and rich in technology this bike is going to establish a new fuel to this segment. Mr. Deepesh is the person who handles this showroom. His behavior and way of customer services are excellent. Showroom is maintained and offers good quality work, atmosphere and services, ofcourse the bikes of this company are a different range on roads.
