There were definitely ups and downs in my Decorist experience, but overall, I am impressed with the customer and design service. I started out with a designer who, frankly, produced two very underwhelming concepts. I gave specific feedback, hopeful that this would result in something that I liked. After waiting for a while for the final concept, I was told that the designer was no longer going to be working on my project, that that I would be assigned someone new.
