I purchased a home theater Sony BDV-e4100 1000w from this shop on 12th Sep21 sunday evening and it delivered next day 13th sep21 but the home theater control remote is not compatible because they deliver different remote. I already informed their sales man about remote but no response yet.Also they misguide me, this home theater is 9 year old (model 2013), unable to connect 4k contained tv and sony discontinued this product.This kind of shops need to be shutdown permanently!!Attached remote photoFriends i will keep you posted next update if they responded or not...

Went here today to purchase a refrigerator. The sales person Mayur Verma was very kind to us and had quite good knowledge of the products he was showing to us.After finally settling on Haier 345l Refrigerator , we went for billing and it was a smooth process altogether.Now waiting for product delivery at my home and will share that experience later.Post delivery : Delivery was done on the same day. However the representatives of Haier came 3 days later. All along it was a good experience altogether.Will definitely recommend the great Eastern to my friends n relatives.

Very poor and pathetic condition, this guys just scamming their customer. I have bought AC of Onida and they have given defected piece to me after installing AC many times it stopped working I called technician and was they repaired it but after 1 year it totally stopped and after registering so many complain on their office as well as customer support team from last 6 months they are telling they will soon resolve it but till date no one has resolved my problem. I have told them to replace my AC or refund my money or replace my spare parts if you could do fast but this 6 months passed but no one is taking care no responding. I think this guys need to be punished and should be done police complaint for scamming their customer with defected Electronic gadget. Their warranty doesnt matter for them once you took AC from his shop after getting money this dealer has nothing to do with the customer. These dealer should be done police complaint so that this kind of shops would be closed. I will not leave them cheating their customer and scamming with them. if u guys will resolve my problem either you refund my money or give me new AC by taking defected AC or replacing the spare parts which is in warranty, then I will remove this review as well as take my complaint from consumer court.

I visited the store 10 mins back. All the staff were engaged in their own busy discussion. None of them found the need to address the customer properly. One sales person could not explain properly about a microwave oven and said that I am lying about features of a microwave and that it cannot be so. Even after calling for the store manager, no one turned up. When I came down to the ground floor, I found that all staff are too busy gossiping. I feel that staff need to be trained professionally to address customers.

Never never visit this store. Worst ever experience in terms of sales team behaviour. When i went to buy a microwave the sales person were busy with their own chatting. Even after waiting for half an hour nobody was telling anything. Management should look into the matter seriously otherwise name of great eastern will be spoilt very soon. Will never visit this store again. I finally bought the microwave from Lotus who are happy to help their customers. Its better not to visit great eastern, there are many good options in indore.
