Well designed project but has a very low occupancy

Spacious apartments, Strong security system. They have their own grocery store so you can get things from there as well. This property located near Apollo DB city. Price range a bit high but build quality is awesome.

Its a good society, a very well maintained gymnasium, badminton and squash court, but the problem is there are not many people in the society.

Township is good from price point of view. Amenities are yet to develop, planning could have been much better. Builder need to reposition the project to make it attractive for real users then it will automatically become Good for investors.

Well maintained, good security, plenty of parking facility. Room size is good too. Only con is that it is expensive considering its location.
