Decent township but the buildings are very congested, the flat size is also small. Overall its a good place for a working class on rental basis but for a family to get settled here is not recommended

Awful place. The appartment are small and crumbled designed. The most awful part of the place is the building complex and the corridors galleries. The corridors are dirty and not maintained. Soon this place will resemble like a dirty alleys.

What a great place for living

Genuine review:-Poor construction. In some buildings like Orville there is water seepage problem and the plaster has peeled out. Some screws hooked to the wall come off.Water problems, many-a-times water supply is cut off and even dirty water comes in taps (happens during the summers). Sometimes the pipes of the geysers, water purifiers... burst due to high pressure of water flow.The society maintenance office doesnt respond to calls sometimes and even if they respond, they may send the plumbers and electricians after a few days.Christa, Ophira and Cressida buildings dont face as such problems.The township is nice, beautiful and safe and secure. Cameras are present everywhere. There is a club in the township which offers nice facilities.

One of my favorite apartments to go

People in this society are very narrow minded, not compassionate towards animals. A person was kicked out of the society for adopting a dog. The society is now planning to remove all stray dogs. Animals have rights too, and people who help animals should not be treated like this. do not go to this place. these girls are telling how the man who helps and feeds the dog cannot bring his dogs out of the apartment and also threaten to kick him out of the building. I cannot attach the video here only photos. these people are not good.

Apollo Db City is a modern pollution free place in Indore with classroom construction, a warm ambiance surrounded by beautiful gardens with all amenities such as clubhouse and unique shopping complex. Add to that, the township has prompt services just call out! We wish everyone a happy festive time!

It was a really good experience.... It was just like I entered a huge metro city residence.... There were some shops and the society was very huge..... There were many blocks and a big garden..... Also a club was there where we could enjoy all activities like badminton court, swimming, table tennis etc...

A well maintained and one of the biggest residential township of the city. Decent neighborhood and availability of all the necessary amenities makes it a preferred location for the people who want to own a home in a decent place, only one concern, its distance from the city centre may worry some people.

By the looks of it people might find it good.. But nothing professional about service and staff.. In fact there is no response even from front office ..i highly recommend try some other place near by. .

My friend resides there so when I went to my trip in Indore I visited him, the apartment complex is very spacious and green, has a gym, a swimming pool, a super mart all in the club the rooms of the apartment are big enough with good wood work and cupboards and good toiletries. Rent of a 3 bhk is around 30000. Located near to DPS school Indore and cycling distance from Indore city

Worst experience here... Been here for more than 5,7 time but always experienced something bad.People here dont have etiquettes to talk, they just have big cars but not heart, doesnt have proper parking area for visitors.If you just want to invest in property must go for it they have good building structure but if you want to buy a Home wouldnt recommend this to anybody.

Good clean society with continuous water and back up electricity in common areas. Club house is good too with the facilities available ( gym, squash court, billiards, salon, mini supermarket, vegetable vendor and a café). Only wish they had a larger swimming pool

The worst society and the management I have come across. Money minded!!! CHEATERS!!Earlier they troubled us with the possession and now the quality is so damn low that we are facing multiple issues which is making it difficult to live there. How can one stay without flush not being worked properly.. Walls with water leakage.. Main door pop broken.. Locks not working..no current supply at times.. So have to take stairs till 12th floor.. Then also after having being complained since four months the management is least bothered for post delivery issues. The entire team is just money minded. They charge extra money for everything but will not value customers and are also not maintaining it properly.Would not suggest anyone to waste their money buying a flat here.
