It’s Located on main Street i.e., RNT MARG NEAR HOTEL LEMON TREE. It’s also known as NEW HUB OF CA / CS COACHING CLASS & also you can find ICAI LIBRARY under one roof / building.The building is quite old and not maintained properly and seems like scruffy but as it’s located on main street Its a commercial complex where you can find computer, Laptop and Hardware Software accessories, Charted Account Offices, Advocate offices and also Mi / Samsung mobile authorized service center.The building layout is bit confusing, sometime youll find it hard to look for the shop you came for and the most important Its Dark and Shabby when you take staircases so, please TAKE CARE while using STAIRS and ELEVATORS because it’s old not maintained and sometime it’s scary.Free parking is available but WORST PARKING YOU WILL EVER FIND and parking in the BASEMENT IS TOO DIRTY AND PATHETIC / HAZARDOUS.Thank You !!!!

I only go on Sunday and find ample parking space in front of the building.Building is not well maintained. Its not even well lit. Lifts do not work.Mostly it is filled with coaching classes. As a result you will find a lot of young crowd.
