Construction quality is very very poor, substandard. Builder promised to maintain the society for 3 years got all the terms in his favor in Registry agreement. Now backing out as the quality of construction is poor there is lots of maintenance work is required they want to pull their hand out of maintenance and hand it over to society. Not sure how substandard their next building would be or much they are going to cheat next buyer.
