Leeds Enclave are excellent, based on my personal experience. Their staff is quite polite to talk everyone. They assisted me greatly, spoke with me, and advised me on the best materials to use in the building of a lovely home. We are really happy with the finished product amenities Security, GYM etc.

Building maintenance is extremely bad, they dont listen to you..They keep on making building even after promising that they wont, when you see the C and D block they are surrounded by building everywhere, no water supply, extremely congested and highly priced..They are making building one by one so they can fool new people by showing their view which later would be obliterated by new building.HUGE WATER CRISIS IS THERE SO THOSE WHO ARE THINKING OF PURCHASING FLAT IN IT, PLEASE THINK TWICE AND ASK FROM THOSE WHO ARE RESIDENTS IN THIS ENCLAVE..THEY DONT EVEN LEAVE THE PROPER SPACE BETWEEN 2 BUILDING FOR FLAWLESS PARKING AND FLAWLESS MOVEMENT OF VEHICLES.They will say everything while saling but after sale you are on your own..I request you not to make further building, instead improve the current one, add more place for garden so that it could be one of the most beautiful township of indore..Believe me your township is now extremely congested and people arent happy in it,Urge you not to start the construction of buildings behind E block so that we and our children can breathe properly, kindly allocate this place to garden,Make a smart choice, money is not everything,A good image will help you in making billions in your next projects as it happens in business industry..I had been living here for 4 years and believe me it is becoming worse day by day..Hope you can address these problem so that we can die happily in your township and in our home..

People can buy independent house nearby in price of 3 bhk. Builder promises many things but at time of possession uses low quality material so flat finishing is not good

Very nice society. Calm environment. Gym facilities are here. Playground for kids are here. All flats are very nice. Well furnished and good security.

Scarcity of water. Bad security. Bad maintenance. There is a lot of water shortage, the security system is dirty, the maintenance is not done properly. Buying such an expensive flat is a waste of your money, so that a bungalow can be bought nearby. Whatever property you want to take here, invest your money wisely.

There was no rating less than 1. The people who live there are good but the builder is bad. Cant talk properly. Those who are staying are living. Dont even make this investment and dont take it at all for a living. Take a flat somewhere nearby but dont take it by mistake.
