My experience was good . Nurses , cleaning staff, management all were good . They were friendly and caring . They all are just dedicated to their work .

Services are not good according to amount they are taking. Slow service and not proper facility, and lack of hygiene in rooms. And there are also cockroaches running near the patients bed and in the room, so how the patient can live in the room. To he honest if you want your patient healthy dont admit in this hospital.

As per my observations nursing staff and ICU dr.staff is very good,helping & supporting.but others is totlly wrost hospital, no any management of billing department...Its totly depend on finance executive and medical pharmacy owner. they made final bill his own experience without any report and bill.lab charges add in my bill but no one share summry report.Main Reception team no one update billing details.Return medicine amount not add in my final billing amount .Fake Dr. Visit fee, high variance of bill as per treatment...and compare to othersAll charges is very high as compared to other hospital my experience is very poor & its very risky hospital of paisent....Just think what happens to the illiterate peopleI suggest dont go to these hospital....If hospital team not resolve my issue i ll take serious action against the hospital...

My parents met with an accident infront of this hospital , so the passer by took them to this hospital.Not only they sent unnecessary investigations ,but also they were giving wrong treatment to them. I am a surgeon who is studying in Ahmedabad ,the next day I reach and check their orders , its all unnecessary medications they were giving them plus not only that the fracture which mother suffered was missed. No specialist doctor arrived till I reached in the morning. Probably an mbbs doctor or may be a bhms / bams was treating them.I took discharge from that hospital immediately and you wont believe how much did they charge for not a complete single day , almost a lakh for two of them. And they did nothing except giving few unnecessary medications and running unnecessary tests. I wont recommend this hospital to anyone not even in emergency .

3rd class hospital in entire indore.Ever MY hospital us better then this one.Every thing is 3rd class, either staff behaviour or admin managers behaviour.If you go through MEDICLAIM,they charges double from actual cost.if you oppose them or demand any clarification on over charging, they start dispute, especially their is a lady admin manager, who dont care any thing and dont know how to speak or manage patients or their attenders.Ill never go in Anand hospital in future,not suggest to any one.If your Dr.recommand you this hospital,dont go there.

They charge a respectively high amount compared to other hospitals the staff is not very professional the charges just anything and I was asked for bribe in order to file a mediclaim by the person who is assigned to file the mediclaim. based on my personal experience the services they are providing pathetic and they try to extend the stay of the patient as much as they can

Right now one of my relative is admitted and they have not yet allowed me to meet him very bad services they only need is money very very bad and third class hospital

Hospital nurse , staff just want more and more money and they never care for patient..one of there nurse forced my wife for NS saline even when she refused...when i asked for LAMA ..they forced my wife for saline...also investigation of pre op profile was charged for 2850 rs but i confirmed in other hospitals where the same investigation is being done for only 1200/- only....the hospital is not good at all...its my personal experience....please do not visit....
