It was official visit my booking was facilitated my admin staff. Staff was welcoming. Could not enjoy swimming pool facility due to covid situation. Also breakfast buffet was not upto par as compare to other Redisson I visited recently.

The hotel has a scope for far superiority than other hotels .some things are needed to be improved .the service is professional and the food is decent.

Was not happy with the service. The Quality of Service can be truly assessed when there are peak conditions like Saturday evening on a month-end date. If the hotel is not able to cope up with increased footfall with assured quality in taste and service, then its of no use charging steep charges. Not happy at all.

Stayed twice here in recent months. The food is very tasty. Rooms are good, but the business class rooms are much better than the regular ones. Location is very convenient to reach. Valet parking available.

Very clean. Polite n helpful staff. Mr Saha, the driver for airport drop was very pleasant and helpful. Spa was a relaxing experience. Food served in the room was prompt and servings were enough for 1 person. No wastage. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Might be the covid guidelines is getting everyone.Staff were not too welcoming in Ni Hao. Order were messed up and even had to cancel. It was as good as they were done working there. Giving a rating of 3 only for the brand as some of the Radisson properties are good along with well behaved staff. Some staff were temps, who were putting in the efforts to get a permanent job. However, need time and effort to improve the service which will come with experience. They need to learn the art of making customers feel welcome and wanting to visit again.

Everything was fine... But I asked to a staff about who is FRONT OFFICE MANAGER here... He was not aware about that.

We visited creative kitchen.The ambience was good as expected but menu wasnt as per our expectations.The starter choices and other item choices were limited.Usually within this price range if you visit other comparable hotels in indore , they have exhaustive menu choices.In dessert, they had lot of options, though. The staff was courteous.

Came back to Ni Hao after ages, the place still has the same charm with the windy outdoor dining and oriental inspired decor. Staff is courteous and helpful, especially Rahul who made our dinner comfortable and enjoyable. Service was a little slow due to rush hour, in spite on that, Rahul made sure we were tended to and did his best to provide good service.

I have been to many Radisson hotels earlier particularly in South India. Our experience with this one turned out to be pretty average. Right from buffet placement, service and bathrooms everything is not upto the mark.Buffet placement: Ad-hoc placement of dishes made it do hard for my parents to locate salad and soup as they were tucked in corner. salads and ice-cream were placed together.Limited options for starters, Dal had extra salt, while palak paneer didnt had any salt. Coffee machine wasnt working. All in all it doesnt stand upto its name. 1 star only for dessert spread which was good.

Stay and food was praiseworthy. Services were excellent. Chef vinod was supportive and was gracious enough to cook the food as per my farmaish. Like he made thepla., Gujarati popular dish and it was too good. Executive chef Sandip Patil was also open for the suggestion and cooperative. Nice to talk with him. At front desk, Ashika, was helpful and good at talk. Seema sales team was really good to convince me for business and induce me for repeat visit with our company team. Indores 1st 5 star hotel. At very posh area called ring road vijay nagar Indore.

Ambiance and service is OK, can be much better if we compared to other 5 Star Hotels in Indore. They dont have buffet in Lunch, they just have Lunch Set Menu in which all dishes are fixed but taste was nice. Suggest them to provide Complete Buffet in Lunch like Marriott Indore.

Went for dinner couple of weeks back, the food was ok, however the buffet spread was limited. It is costly as compared to Sayaji, not value for money for sure.

I needed to call them to get my luggage in room after around 40 minutes of check in. The same issue I faced at check out time also. I took around 60 minutes and two call to housekeeping to get my luggage. I dont know why it happened but this area needs improvement. It is the only reason I cut down one star in rating.But overall I would rate 4.5 star for all

Radisson Blu Indore represents the efficient boxy hotels that modern architects are trained to make. Nice room, comfortable bed, TV, small spaces for shower and bathroom, and nothing else. The view from our room was bad - it overlooked a building under construction. Only one restaurant was working. The hotel had the feeling of a jail - in which you can only go to your room, with no places to walk. The swimming pool and everything else was closed. For that reason, we found the hotel quite over-priced.Maybe it suits the business traveler, but one expects more from a hotel that claims five star status. We could see it is a popular hotel, as its small lobby with two or three meeting spaces was always occupied. Some political meeting was going on, and freeloaders including some policemen had crowded the area one morning.The breakfast is sumptuous and the staff courteous. Good, functional hotel but lacking in many aspects.

Radisson Blu is a fairly good choice to stay with your family in these Covid times. They are hygienic and efficient in their services. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. However, they can improve as in comparison to other Five stars. Overall hygiene routines can be imbibed from those who are doing better. Customer service can be modified to suit their needs. The staff is quite professional, which is good but to give a memorable experience to their customers, they can be more friendly and approachable. Bottom line is... if you feel welcome in a place, you will visit again.

I along with my wife and 5 yrs old daughter reached the hotel at around 10 pm from Bhilai after a journey of 14 hours and as such we were really very tired. Looking at our tiredness and weary condition, the Senior Duty Manager, Mr Manjur Alam was kind enough to upgrade our room to make our stay comfortable for the night. Mr Alam also extended all possible help that he could despite the restrictions due to the pandemic. He even gave me print out of my daughters question sheets for her online exam.I cannot thank him enough for his kind helpful and cheerful attitude towards us. We had pre ordered the dinner and the food was exceptional. The breakfast was included in the package and we were served the food with so much love that we are forever greatful. Overall our stay in your elite hotel was so wonderful that we are thankful to the whole awesome staff of Radisson Blue, Indore and wish you all the best.

Had a pleasant day at hotel with complementary breakfast. The buffet breakfast was mouth watering with a whole lot of variety, must try pancakes, doughnuts and jalebi. The room service was also satisfactory. Loved the ambience of the lobby too. The staff was also kind and polite. In all its truly a 5-star feeling.

A very convenient location in the heart of Indore very close to all business locations. The rooms are large and spacious, the service although for one small incidence the rest was perfect. The staff at the restaurant was very helpfull. The Breakfast menu was fabulous and they serve guests really well. they have a wonderful gym and pool on the terrace ideal place for relaxing after a hard days work.All in all a great place to stay in Indore.
