The rooms were not cleaned, So much dust in all three rooms. There is no lift facility. We traveled with elders. Water was not coming in the morning. We believed that, there will be good room, but we reached late night, unable to search any other hotel at that time.There is cancellation policy to benefit the Hotel, in the same way, if the facilities not good, there should be policy for the Guests. There should be frequent inspection before giving the rooms. OYO and Management has to think regarding this. Then only we can recommend in the future.

Staff behaviour is so rude. They dont know how to talk to customer. Will never visit this place.They will try there best to take as much money as possible from you pocket.It is situated in a remote location.Bathrooms were smelling. They dont deserve even one rating. We booked it for our family using Giibibo. When my parents reached they didnt allow them to checkin though two rooms were booked with my name.They made them to stand there for two hours in summer until I reached.After heated discussion they asked for 7000 more money to be given to them , then only they can give the room.Then and there only we cancelled the booking and booked room in another hotel.This was one of the worst experience we ever had.Will never visit this place again.

Worst experience of my life. The people here are not called as staff they operate as a part of money extortion agency from who ever come to their hotel they find ways to trap them so that they can extort money from them and that too 8000 9000 rs for single rooms. And these 3rd class rooms are available on oyo and goibibo as well as make my trip for 500 600 rs.Even if on the same day you book it would be not more than 800 rs and imagine them charging 8000 rs for single room.We booked this hotel for a family outing, i and my husband booked 2 rooms in this hotel one for us and other one for my mother and sister who were coming from bhopal.They reached before us and oh my god from 12 pm to 4 pm in scorching heat they were denied entry stating that who ever have booked the room should show them on his mobile phone.They kept waiting outside in the waiting area which was smelling bad and it did not even had acs there.They were constantly saying that your payment is due and if you are ready to pay 8000 then you can be given entry , to which my mother denied and told she will wait for me and my husband to reach.We reached there finally and it was so far from town and it was in a so remote locatn that no cab or auto person was ready to go there from airport.Still we reached there and instead of sorting things they were shouting at us.They dont even know how to talk to customers they talk as if they are some goons out there.So with all the heated argument i got a call from goibibo regarding the matter and they told me to refund all my money and i can rebook in the same hotel , to which i denied and at 7 pm in night we booked a new hotel just because this pathetic mayank people.Please guys beware do not book this hotel from anywhere. These guys are cheat and they extort money.

Food of this hotel, is just awesome, try it once.

Unhygienic rooms, bed sheets smelling, washroom like a public toilet, Moisture on walls, Hotel kitchen used expired products, would recommend to avoid this Hotel

Terrible experience!Deceiving pictures, rooms not as good as shown in the picture.Everything was ok during the day, They had DJ playing by the evening but we couldn’t sleep, since they had a long event going on about which they never confirmed in the morning (about the noise) on top of that they charged us the money for the night despite we checking out early in the evening. The staff was arrogant because the owner had asked them to collect the rent for the day despite we not using the room for the night.Despite having such a big property they made us wait for an hour & haggled with us for the money and threatened us to pay up the money.

Beware. They will try to sell you the room bypassing OYO. I fell for the trap. They had heavy DJ playing in the night and it was impossible to sleep. I was thrown out of the place at 9 PM after being manhandled by the staff for demanding a room without the DJ music.
