It might be around 10 months (while I am writing this) at Yoga Amrutam. I must say that it was the best decision that I have taken in recent times.I remember the first day I had went to speak to Dipti Maam, she patiently sat down and listened to all my existential crisis and the actual reason why I wanted to join. I didnt join because of any physical issue or illness...I did because I had issues with my temper, stress, lack of inner peace and I desperately needed a guidance which could save me from self destruction. Dipti maam understood my problems and assured me of positive results, if I manage to follow her words without fail. I did follow and I still do. All the aasanas and meditation sessions have raised my fitness, concentration and performance to the next level. I would say that even a sick person can recover from any kind of illness. I am the best example to mention here e.g. I had joined yoga amrutam(to learn yoga very first time at the age of 63 years) with a lot of stiffness in my hand-leg joints and a severe lower back pain. But as of today I have recovered from all my above health problems in just 3 months time. I give 100 percent credit to yoga coaching by Dipti Madam. I wish to remain associated with yoga amrutam for a long time. Yoga amrutam’s yoga practice has become my breath for my living. One of the best place to do Yoga. My batch is in morning 6 to 7 am. Our batch starts with a small meditation and pranayama for 5 to 10 min which gives me a great energy throughout the day. “SURYANAMASKAR” along with the audio mantra is really innovative and goes with rhythm. Instruction given are so helpful and clear. I am in this class from last two years and has helped me lot. My BP tablets have decreased. For me it has made my health good.
