Even after a week and two complaints on customer care calls and sending videos and photos of the machine to sales staff. The product has not been delivered. Very good service...but quality assurance not good.Recently I have purchased a zbronics blutooth speaker trolley. Which salesman said it best QC item, but from day one I am facing issue in charging. Its not getting charged.Still not solved.

Had a great experience on earlier occassions.But i am not sure, but the staff, during my recent visit was uncourtious and busy amongst their own gossiping.Went to buy an LED tv but, due to improper guidance there, thought of buying it online.Management needs to consider training its staff in much better way.Else, I like this store a lot.

Please avoid buying stuff from lotus as they delivered a lot of defective items and you will not hear back from them.I bought Panasonic AC and it worked for only few hours, after that it doesnt cool as its gas is leaked. I chased the dealer/repair-contract people, complained to area manager but they never call back. I asked help from Lotus to call Panasonic service center but they are also helpless.Please refrain from buying any item from here. Better to go to some other dealer.

This is a mall or shopping centre with a large building that is full of many smaller shops and stores. It is different from earlier markets or bazaars because most of the shops are not little booths or stalls in one big open area. Each store has its own space with walls.That thing i love about lotus it have her own big space so no gosh-posh. After that they are maintaining precautions because of coronavirus they using sanitizers and they are also providing home delivery so thats is good about lotus. its two different from other malls and to good from other malls that I love about lotus. the staff members are also nice. They take care of us. 3 point- they have to much discount options .And exchange offers. That solve i love lotus . ❤️❤️

Well stocked electronics and home appliances store. Experience here was better than the Reliance Digital stores. A good, attentive staff was available to look us through our requirements. Place is well lit...well spaced and easy to move around. Huge inventory of products especially laptops and TVs and speakers...dish washers etc. Is spread in two floors. Has a decent parking space but then can be difficult to get a nearby parking for a 4wheeler on a busy sale day. Its on the main road on Sapna Sangeeta street and easily accessible.
