I went to there salon to do a cleanup facial and it took way longer than expected. Plus the product irritated my skin. Also, they did hairstyling on me for a wedding. They took too long and pulled my hair extremely harsh. It burned my hair and the curls lasted for less than 30 minutes. I’ve lost lots of hair since then and 1 week later my hair still smells burnt. I do not recommend this salon.

The worst experience ever. This year (2021) March I went for straightning but the girl Vandana diverted me to take their expensive16 treatment. It was gone in less than one month and my hair were super hard and frizzy. No I have severe hairfall problem..While doing that I observed that she convinced 3 other clients in 2 days who came for straightening to take this treatment. Later she pushed me to buy her products only which was worth 3000 rs. She was behind me and was ready to go to ATM with me and didnt leave me alone.. During these 2 days they didnt offer me a glass of water I asked thrice for it and then I got it. They all were highly unprofessional..

I booked men and women grooming packages here for my brother’s wedding.Facial service provided by Supria was superb and relaxing. She suggested appropriate facial type for my skin and the results were great.Hair spa and hair cut services provided by Vicky and Sagar were very good. They also provided some suggestions on taking care of my hair after the spa and haircut.One thing to note if you have dry and frizzy hair, just don’t go for 1 time hair spa coz you might not see any visible results. They say that it will take a few more spas to see the results which might be hard on your pocket since they are slightly on the expensive side.Overall satisfied with the services. Best Salon for my grooming needs. Staff is courteous, talented and youthful. Clean and hygienic place. I have been to many bug brands like Tony & Guy, Looks etc. But dont find any brand and service better than lakme Salon at Geeta Bhawan.

Was associated with Lakme for about close to 15 years. Last year I took a package of taking services of 12k in an amount deposited for 10k in advance.. Due to pandemic they extended services beyond first year which was already committed till April21. However again lockdown happened and now they have denied services. Not professional at all. How one is expected to come in lockdown and also risk life in high covid cases. Completely unprofessional. Dont go for their luring package servics.

Being a guy i was skeptical in stepping into Lakme but latelt they have turned it into unisex saloon. Vicky understood whart haircut i wanted and delivered the same even helped me with the beard shape i wanted I am very happy with end results. Best salon for grooming both for woman and man, my stylist Sagar was amazing guy, he did complete change over. Thank you from bottom of my heart for what you did to my hair and gave me a drastic new look, you dont even know to what level you have uplifted my confidence. And the best part is they dont ask you to do more things like hair spa or anything else untill you asked for, they just give you correct advice as per your requirement. Very dissatisfied.They committed to provide hair accessories and disposable eye lenses for bride. And they just flip on wedding day. Also asked extra 2000 Rs as a convenes charges in local Indore only. At the time of booking Ranjana gave me very good impression but at the wedding day she was rude, Full of excuses, Also charged extra for bride mom’s and within 5 mins she was like ho gya ho gya.... I was lucky that I had some other beauticians which we arranged for our relatives (Not the Lakeme staff)they did again bride’s mom makeup. They charged too low as compared to Lakeme. I just regretted. I hope I would have booked other beautician team for bride as well. Please maintain your brand and be loyal with the customers.

I had a great experience and all my services were done well by supria.

Worst in terms of customer satisfaction and service. I ended up in tears after looking at my haircut and what they did to my hair. Very unprofessional behaviour despite of complaining regarding the same.Instead of saying “what else can be done” I get to hear that “ don’t serve them they will anyway be unsatistifed” and that too by the girl who was 10 feet away and hardly knew what has happened. Is this what you call as delivering the best ??? I could do nothing then shouting and moving out and writing this review to which they barely care.To the staff out- no money can buy me back what you did. If you offer your service to someone then make sure you stay up to there expectation. Don’t cover up on your failure to understand and deliver as per the requirements.

I feel it was one of the best decisions to choose Lakme Salon, Geeta Bhavan for my big day. Right from all the pre-bridal services, this salon has to offer, you could make out the difference within a day or two of the treatment. The staff is well trained and well equipped with genuine products used for every customer. I loved the makeup on my D-day. It was wonderful to be a Lakme bride. I highly recommend this salon for any services it has to offer. It’s the best one in town.

The services were good for hair spa by Vandana. But the pedicure by Sakshi was just average. She finished the service quickly but the same pedicure taken by my friend her experience was far better!

I visited Lakme for the first time. I had protein rush hair spa for Rs 2200 (The products were of De fabulous). The service is not that great. The guy was not much gentle on massage. He was even slow.Two things about hair spa here which I found good:1. The hair spa here does not involve steam process. According to them it heat should not be applied after mask.2. Also, as I have seen in other salons, Lakme does not wash your hair after spa.The ambience was ok-ish.I also had haircut here from senior stylist which was not satisfactory.I feel there are other great salons in Indore other than Lakme both service and price wise.

I am a regular customer of this branch of lakme. Everyone here is very professional. I get waxing and my eyebrows done here. Sakshi is my go-to aesthetician. She is very friendly and great at her job. She has a habit of making you forget about the pain and instead laugh through waxing and makes it very fun. It is a great experience here. Would always return here for their services.
