What is happening in next room you can clearly hear..... theres no privacy....after spending 3:5k if you are not able to sleep properly, whats the point? There was so much noise of TV and people talking till 4:00 am in next room, how can anyone sleep? Even after reporting multiple times, no action was taken by hotel staff

Staff is very courteous.Also would like to mention that I had left money in the room locker. After checking out I received a call from Mr. Manish from Effotel saying that he has found some money and handed it over to us.Excellent way to services customer and remarkable to mentionThanks

Excellent food and all services.Sayaji gruop is always good in food and personallised service by a team of motivated and warm @pratik and entire always smiling stagff. Every team member displays an ownnership for the hotel and thats required for a company to be at the top.

Poor service. No one cares to take the order. People who dont order alcohol are treated differently. Service executives will simply ignore when asked for something. Starters delivered after an hour.

Very nice property. decent sized room , nice ambience and good restaurant. the breakfast platter was excellent. food menu is also reasonably pricedi needed GST invoice, that was provided promptly by the hotel.i used their Gym , though it was clearly not much used and manned

Good food. Taste, variety, quantity all on point plus nice soothing ambience.Plus our server Mr. Gaurav was amazingly polite, kept his mask on always and did serve us an additional dish not on menu since we were not having sea food in our buffet, kudos to him!

Good Ambience with great service just make sure to order bread before. It can take quite a while for the breads to come.Crispy corn was amazing.Overall you might overeat so make sure you eat accordingly.

I am in love with this place! It is the only place in Indore in these testing times which is serving mouth watering food and I have zero complaints from them! Everything right from veg food to chicken and mutton is absolutely good and never ever stinks.I have been taking takeaways from them since April 2021 on almost regular basis and they have never ever disappointed me when it comes to food!I must compliment them for taking all the COVID precautions right from entering the hotel to the delivery of parcel. The guy who comes to deliver food to your car always has a mask and glove on and it makes me feel really safe and happy at the same time! ❤️They accept online payments and cards both!Keep up the good work guys! 😊

I have always loved coming to Effotel be it for staying or at Capers, their rooftop restaurant. I had gone to Capers yesterday and it was a fabulous outing yet again. Some great food prepared by Chef Vishal who personally came to check if the food was good and great service also by Himmat Singh. Keep up the good work Effotel & Capers, this place is for sure value for money with quality food & stay!

The capers sky dinning is an exquisite restro bar at the rooftop of Effotel hotel. It is located near Radisson hotel. You can get an amazing view of ring road. The food is delicious & service is quick. Good place to have good food and drinks with your friends.

Ridiculous. Worst experience.. never expected from so called star category hotel. My Worst experience will help others to take their decision. Includes following...1.No bell boy available for the luggage. You have to take care and bring luggage till your room.. so dont keep more stuffs, if you are going to this hotel.2. Best part is FO staff, they dont know anything about Hospitality, Courtesy and professionalism They are standing just to put you inside the room. Thats all they know and briefed 3. Room key was not working, I have to call HK guy to open the room. No setup box attached with TV, Intercom phone is dead. If you want to connect you have to go at Reception as I did. 4. I have ordered food from Reception phone and it was delivered to room after one and half hour.. 5. When I tried to give complaint FO staff was busy on phone and replied that we dont know and its a matter of other departments. Never expected... They spoiled stay and wasted time. Please avoid this hotel..

Not 4 star standard i visit in 4th September 21 and the quality of room is very bad, nor extra sleepers in room, bathroom fittings are broken, lights product me current aa rha tha not safe for babys, compliment brei quality is very bad

I would like to share some of my experiences with this hotel.We booked three rooms for 22 days and we never imagined that such a good service they would provide, but later we noticed that the hotel staff and management are very nice and helpful in every way.My special thanks to Mr. Prateek ji because he supported us a lot on the first day and gave information and knowledge of many locations and areas of Indore.

The stay was comfortable and the staff were polite and followed social distancing norms. It was a super pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend it if you are in the city and looking for a comfortable and cozy stay. oh and the food is absolutely yummm!

Service definitely needs an improvement. Room Cleaning done is so farce. Maintenance needs a serious look eg Loose sockets, non subscribed popular cable channels, Luke warm, not hot water, repetitive breakfast menu made my disgruntled cooks arguing with servers openly right in front of guests. Cost cutting everywhere included poor quality liquid soap and pathetic shampoo....And so much more.

The cube (buffet restaurant) - They used to give one complementary alcoholic drink pre-covid times but since reopening after covid they have done away with tht, wch is a little disappointing...The food otherwise is pretty good n staff is awesome too...If u want to have a good time with ur friends & family, this is one of d decent places wch is budget friendly too...

This hotel is situated at Sector C,Indore which is Approx. 19 km from Indore Airport. This hotel is 4 start rating & the ambience is very good. You can enjoy a very good breakfast here which contains south Indian food also. It was very pleasant staying here & had a very good experience.

Hotel Effotel at Indore is a good hotel. The room was clean and well kept by the house keeping staff. We stayed one night and ordered all the needed food as room service. The service and food was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was nice as well. However they do have a problem in parking. My car was parallely parked along the wall inside the compound with the rest of the cars. Some guest came in the night and parked his car infront of mine incorrectly, Even though there is a night security guard. The hotel management has no way to identify a car belongs to which customer. We wasted an hour trying to find the owner of either the car infront or back. This particular experience was terrible. Effotel needs to address this problem..

It is a great value for money. The staff were quite diligent, food was very reasonably priced with great quality and taste. Gym facilities were decent. The biggest concern is the WiFi - it is quite unreliable and it wont fit if you are a business traveler. Also, do not expect a great breakfast spread. It is decent but nothing exciting to look forward to. Overall, a very good place to stay with great service staff.

Beautiful, well-maintained, centrally located hotel by Sayaji. It has 3 facilities within like a cafe, a rooftop restaurant and a bar called Good old days.Rooms are pretty, neat and clean.Giving 4 rating as it was my birthday and they couldnt arrange a cake or even wish or offer anything as basic etiquette. However they did let us order a cake from outside to be delivered in the hotel.Breakfast spread is amazing with a lot of variety of food and beverages.We tried their Mojito and it was brilliantStaff is cordial.

A good hotel in a terrific location. Their kitchen serves probably some of the best cuisine I have had for most restaurants.The place gets a 3 since there is hardly any sound proofing done for the rooms and you cannot be guaranteed a sound sleep here. I was booked on a floor that was also booked by a family visiting indore for a wedding reception. The only problem here is that they did tend to speak too loud out of excitement and worse they keep their doors open and yell and laugh on top of their voices. While I could not ask them to tone down, I did request the hotel staff to ensure there is some silence on the floor. Unfortunately nothing was done and I ended up paying a premium for a sleepless night. All in all, only their kitchen makes it a tempting deal to stay at this property again!

Neat and clean with awesome services that are being provided there

Visited the good old days segment of hotel effotel.It had a very small area, however music n ambience was good. Food was good bt took much time to serve.

The most redeeming factors of this hotel are its food, hot shower and location. The insulation on the walls is terrible. You can hear people talking in the next room as if they are in your room. You can hear sounds from the lobby too. Not recommended for light sleepers.

Nice Ambience, Hotel Staff was polite and provided good service. Little bit costlier in fooding but Happening Location (GURU Kripa fooding is near by on walking distance).
