Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. What more could you want. Breakfast buffet is good. Included with the hotel stay. Extremely courteous staff. Just about said yes for everything. Even made dosa which was not displayed at the buffet. The breakfast buffet could be one of the main reasons to stay at this hotel.

I am going to describe everything in detail from when I entered the restaurant.First of all, just outside the gate of restaurant, there was really bad pungent smell, which just ruins the mood when you are about to it.Inside the restaurant, the ambience was good.Now, coming to the food ( I ordered veg buffet )-Starters: 2 soups choices were there, both of them were pathetic and werent fresh at all. Next was a paneer dish, in which the gravy tasted extremely sour and bad. Next were veg kebab, the only veggie they had was extremely sweet cabbage. The only starter which tasted good was Dahi papdi ( a chaat to you can find anywhere ).Main course : Noodles were undercooked and cold. Pasta was too sweet. In vegetables, they had sev tamatar, andraki paneer and mix veg. All of them tasted average, not the taste you expect when you are spending so much money. Dal was good. Breads were okay.Dessert : Mango mousse cake. This was only option in veg buffet. Tasted like Rasna, the taste wasnt rich and creamy.Overall, I was very disappointed, for a student its not common to go to expensive restaurant like this. And then eating such pathetic food was really unexpected and mood ruining. I can say for veg buffet, its not at all worthy.

Amazing Place great For Corporate Lunch n Dinner. Quality good n great Ambiance.They serve buffet with sone decent starters and Deserts .This place is becoming popular gradually.

This is about the experience at its Golden Oven Restaurant which serves buffet lunch and dinner. In lunch they do not have great varieties as per the brand name of Best Western Hotel worldwide. The food is spicy and most of it are North Indian one. Desserts are only some of Indian varieties and lack baked items. Well cant be compared with other Hotels like Marriott, WOW or Radisson.

I always wanted to review this place , the food is very delicious here and i personally love the services of golden oven. the staff is very polite and always ready to help us , coming to the food i always like to order chicken because the non-veg items are really very tasty here and the veg ones also . the chicken was perfectly cooked neither too over cooked nor less . the chefs of this place is soo kind that they themselves come and asked is everything is good or not ? do you liked the meal ? one more thing i love about the place is live performance of melodious music , ambiance is perfect . I think its the perfect place to have dinner with family and loved ones ❤️ this place never disappoints you . I always love to spend time here . Golden Oven l

Pocket friendly. We almost tried every dish including veg n non veg and we found it surprisngly delecious and felt that special efforts put in by the chef to taste it different than the regular ones.Starters is nice.Limited option in Salad but its great.Main course is nice.Deserts few items taste good.Though we purchased this buffet thru online deal on discounted rate, so for us it was icing on the cake. Getting such taste on very affordable price.

Good time spending place...We usually spend 2-3 Hrs....in every visit...Also enjoy the service delight...along with taste & variety....

I dont know how this place is running.I went there for Sunday brunch with my family & friends( around 20 members), We opt for buffet & all we got was regret.1. Foul smell fish2. Raw Chicken3. Too Sweet currys4. Only 2 starters in non-veg (smelly fish & raw chicken)I didnt even dare to try the non-veg main course.5. People were waiting in queue, not for food but for cutlery.6. Confused waiters7. Pastry & brownie were dry and not fresh8. Least they could have done was serve clean water, Failed !The only thing I found eatable (not good only eatable, coz I was fu*kin hungry) was Bombay kaccha sandwich, Dahi puri, Dal, Rice. And I paid ₹ 550/each for that.Not Recommended !At last I went chappan had a Johnny hot dog.

I would NOT like to visit this place next time.. Food was okay.. A bit overpriced.. I wouldve rated them 5 but I think they dont deserve because of very poor service.. There are so many good options available in Indore and I would definitely avoid them next time..

Ambience is really good .. worth for dinin and staff gives there 100% for hospitality .. punjabi butter chicken was having less portion as per price ( chicken pieces ) all the rest what i ordered was amazing .. and i would love to have rumali roti if the restaurant can add the same ..

Nice Buffet Dinner food

Decent place to have meal with friend or family. The food is delish and service is impressive. The chef personally approached us to ask how the food was. We had a all chicken meal. The politeness of the staff members dazzled me. If youre a non-vegetarian, Id recommend - Murgh Tikka Bedgi and Zafrani Bharwan Tangdi in starters and Murgh Tikka Lazeez, Bhuna Gosht in main course. They were as spicy as we wanted it to be.
