Mixed reviews for food.One of the best pizzas Ive had in a while. The good kinda cheese, fresh veggies and beautiful marinara sauce. Good quantity too.The pesto pasta, though nothing like traditional pesto, tastes amazing. Its creamy and well cooked.I was however disappointed in their salted caramel pastry. It had no element of salted caramel. The flavored glaze on the pastry tastes sour and artificial. The cake was too firm and dry but it was still edible.The tea was over brewed and quite unpleasant. The tea leaves were too strong and the ratio of tea to water was too much.

Cafe Chapter One is an amazing place to spend quality time with Friends, Colleagues or even Family.They have an exquisite menu and is new in terms taste.One of my personal favourites is the Loaded Barbecue Sandwich and Dark Chocolate Brownie.It has a beautiful vibe and the ambiance of the place is superb.The people in service are standard and there are several books in place for people who like to read and drink something.There are several games to spend some time upon till the order arrives.Overall Id rate it 9 on a scale of 10.MUST VISIT CAFE.

We had tea, which was really good. They have this make your own tea.. its kinda unique, loved it! However the behaviour of staff wasnt upto the mark, had to call them so many times while they were busy chatting. Although kids loved the board games, and were not ready to leave 🙂Could be visited atleast once.

A must visit in the city.I absolutely love the ambience.Plus I really expect a better portion size and more games availability for the hour.I can visit the place again again for a glass of virgin Sangria there, must to appreciate the Sangria, the peri-peri fries(bigger portion expected next) and chilli cheese toasts.

Ordered a Blueberry Cheese cake counter person coming after 10 min sorry sir its not available in Blueberry can we make it Chocolate Cake ?Ok thats fine.Counter person after 15 more minutes , sorry sir Chocolate cake is also not possible can you order something else ? (Fridge is broken or something)So after spending 25 min without any meal in hand, I said get me whatever you have. Finally went home with a Chocolate Brownie which I never ordered and it took me 35 min, I should have better visited some local bakery instead.Only good part was the interior of the Cafe.

Its a bit hard to find a fault in their food. Staff is a bit less cheerful but is quick at response.Nice working ambience, if your meetings are casual I would suggest to keep it in top of your places.Our Good times started here.May it helps others too

No words for this amazing and peaceful place. So i went here for the first time on my bday. And the vibes and environment it provides was luxurious and touching. The books and the games everything was superb. Coming to the taste of food, hibiscus Lemon Tea is a must try. Then waffle and garlic Bread are the things I loved most. Staff was calm and hospitality was managed.

If you love to read hangout with indoor games or u guys working from home by not being at home..do visit this work friendly place with delicious bites....:)

I had made reservations for 09/19 for 8:30 PM for 5 people using DineOut app. When I had reached at the place the person at the reception said that there are no tables and making reservations doesnt make any difference.We said we could wait for the table now since we have come there after travelling for more than an hour with two kids (one is infant).Since it was my elder kids birthday, I carried the cake with me.The aforementioned person mentioned I cannot cut the outside cake. I said I will buy a cake from you and cut that cake.The person in a very rude manner said we dont have cake and you cannot use outside cake too.I am not sure about all the good reviews given here but the person I interacted with lacked basic etiquettes and his attitude reflected a small mindset matching the decorum of the place.

This place has a cosy experience with minimal modern furniture. Youll especially like the cult classic Novels like Harry Potter, LOTR etc.The menu is decent but lacks variety, but whatever slightly overpriced products they offer, its tasty for sure.

Cafe is excellent if you want spend a good time with your loved once. I have been there last month to give a birthday surprise to someone and we sitted outside till the cake had been cut. And it was amazing experience. One thing I want to add is that it is little bit expensive to other cafes in the cities but yeah they have multiple option to spend your time I mean you can read books they good collection or you can play games they have many. I definitely recommed there taste is superb you can extimate the price in mind by tasting there food and how they serve.

They have great ambience. Very soothing. Great presentation of food. They made the Italian foods just right. Unfortunately they didnt know what Canadian Panini is. They simply gave us french fries. They should also take orders from tables. It is more convenient.

A wonderful place to spend some quality time with your friends. Theyve a good menu on offerings however the prices may seem a bit on higher side for some. But given the ambience and the quality of service its worth the money. Also theyve a lot of games such as UNO cards, Jenga, books to read and lot more.

An ambience of the place is nice. They provide you numbers of game to play like UNO, marbels, scramble etc. The food is good I like the choco frappe and pasta can be cooked better but overall it is one of the good cafes near Vijay Nagar.

Worse than hostel canteen.Here is what my experience was :1. I was waiting for my date ordered water, the water kept on asking for Bill and payment ... Barely 5 minutes after he brought water...as if I am gonna run away after drinking water.2. As we ordered nlone came to take order and restraunt was pretty vacant. Eventually a waiter came asked us to go to the counter , place an order and collect the bill. Just like in a canteen or a udupi.3. The foodWe ordered red pasta they brought white pasta . And argued that we ordered white sauce , if arrabiata is white sauce. BTW when we were placing order at counter the staff was busy talking amongst them and barely have us any attention.I also ordered hazelnut coffee, there was no hazelnut....yet they insisted there are hazelnut shots in it.It was pathetic , arguing, making mistakes and then not accepting their mistakes.Looks like this place is mismanaged by its staff, the ambience looked great from outside but the staffs attitude is gonna shut this place soon

Liked a cafe after long time has beautiful ambience with tasty food specially Italian... They serve amazing coffee, was a little disappointed in their burger though...One of the most courteous staff I have come across....They dont offer takeaways like they claim on Google business account was a major disappointment.

In my opinion, easily the best of high end cafes in Indore. Ambience like no other. Tried arrabiata pasta. Lot better than other places. Little on the costlier side but the place is a delight. They have lot of books to read and board games to play along. Recommended for your first date ;) Go for it without hesitation.

Beautiful ambience, excellent service and delicious food thats pretty much what you need in a cafe and this place ticks all the right boxes ! The presentation was great too! I was not so hungry so couldnt explore more on the menu but will definitely visit again.

Heard so much about the place so decided to give it a try today. Hygiene and Covid protocols were duly followed but the food experience turned out to be bummer. The burger was tiny and not a good taste and for that money it was a real rip off. The pasta and sandwiches didnt make this experience any different. The toast sandwiches had topping only for two pieces bread and rest two were wasted. Hot and cold beverages didnt do justice to cafe setup. The taste for everything was largely underwhelming. The fries were okay. One star for the quick service and ambiance. It was a nice place to sit down and relax for a while. Just wondering if COVID has taken a toll on their preparations or it was an unusual experience as most people have given decent rating to this place. Not sure if Ill be coming back again.

Its obviously know in city for the ambiance. One can go and do office work, can sit alone tasting the fresh taste of coffee. Special recommendation is Iris coffee excellent taste with wiped cream 😋. But yes dont go with muska bun it wont fit with the coffee as they recommend to everyone.
