Pathetic Service.Worst After Sales service.Make a complaint and they dont bother about you after you buy the product.Sales team is really good and helpful.However, the service team is illiterate and dont know how to speak with the customers.I called on the service number and was sharing the concern and the stupid agent disconnected the call several times.Never buy anything from here. If in case you lose to Coral, never ever trust their service / After Sales team.

Extremely bad service.Told them to give a new piece before buying the TV but atlast they provided demo piece only, when asked about the problem why they did that they told to get the amount refund in a really rude manner. I couldnt do that as the I bought it in a offer and the offer was over so I had no choice.While packing the also forget to include all the stuff which comes with TV necessary for installation.Overall good for searching variety and viewing demo but shouldnt purchase from there.

Without star can not submit review other wise i will give minus for coral, for staff and management. they people will care till you did not paid. once you paid they did not know you, who are you ??

Pathetic Staff!!Went to buy a television with a female friend of mine, the guy who came to attend me was good but there was an another guy he was continuously staring to my friend and then when we tried to make a complaint, he was like Ok!! Make a complaint , total disrespect they dont know how to manage customers.. I suggest not to visit there , Visit Lotus or Next or maybe a local store but not there.
