Charles is the man!!!! His mannerism, professionalism, and just down to earth person made me want to do business with him. Ive always passed this place but never been until someone did a hit n run on my scion xb...Charles was so kind and looked at my vehicle to give me an estimate and he works with you on the pricing and very detailed for what you need and because I had to come out of pocket, he really worked with me and I couldnt have chosen a better place anywhere else but Charles County Auto Body!! Charles County Auto Body is literally the BEST in area! I have been to this establishment twice... They are prompt and PROFESSIONAL my entire visit as I was getting ALL my window panels changed.. Prices are reasonable and fair. They get the parts in fast and get the work done in a timely fashion. I want to give a GREAT applaud to Mr. Charles, the manager of this establishment. His customer service and attitude towards your concerns are spot on!. Please before you try any other body shop - think of Charles County Auto Body they are the BEST!

Charles County Auto Body went above and beyond for my vehicle repair experience - not only did I receive a high quality, excellent repair job but my car was worked in ASAP, returned to me early, I was closely informed throughout the repair process, and my car was returned to me in essentially brand new condition. I received a few recommendations after hitting a deer just a few month’s after moving to the area.. i took some time visited a few but knew exactly after walking into Charles County Auto Body i was in good hands, the staff was both knowledgeable and professional, the rates were fair and better than everyone else and most importantly the quality of work was better than the original paint i had from the factory.. highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed..

They washed my vehicle, too!About a week after picking my car up, I had some trouble with the rental car company I used while repairs were being done here. I expressed my concerns to these folks and they took it upon themselves to call the rental car company and get me refunded! Saved me a whole headache! On 6/30/20 I had the misfortune of my car battery dying, while my car was parked in my garage. With no one in sight, and not wanting to bother anyone, I happened upon Charles County Auto Body on google search. Despite the fact that I live in Fort Washington, I called. Mr. Bob answered and was happy to help, and assured me his tow truck guy would come out to jump my car promptly. The driver was called away on another call which took priority, which I totally understood. As a result, Mr. Bob came out with a jump box and started my car, at NO cost. What started off as a bad morning, turned into a great one!!!I was able to pay this great gesture of kindness forward, to a friend later that day, who I picked up and drove her home after leaving the hospital.Thanks to the great neighbors at Charles County Auto Body

I needed a tow so I google towing companies and Charles County Auto Body and Towing came up so I gave them call after seeing all great reviews Mike answered the phone I explained to him that I get off at 230pm and if possible could he come to my job by 245pm to tow my vehicle because the repair shop closes at 5pm and he stated yes hell be there and he was a man of his word and was there by 245pm he was very professional and he treated my truck like it was his and I was very please with the price and he didnt try to take advantage of me and over charge me so I definitely will be doing business with them in the future so if you need a tow give these guys a call you wont be disappointed.

Charles County Autobody was not only professional and provided great work to my vehicle, everyone within their company has exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction! After purchasing a new vehicle and having an accident 2 weeks later, I was devastated and just knew my Lexus wouldn’t be the same! When I went to have the car appraised after the repairs, the appraiser complimented CCAB’s ability to make my car look like new and was impressed with the quality due to the amount of damage that was done ($16k to be exact). Charles County even straightened my tag out (not part of dented area) and washed, waxed, and vacuumed my car. We went there to have some accident damage to our car repaired. They worked closely with us and our insurance company, completed the work quickly, and did a great job. The staff was professional and courteous in every interaction.

DEC 2019, I was very please with the repair job to my Ram front fender, truck looks new. Also the staff and customer service was A1, very professional. Charles provided very detailed information about repair job. Also, they have an agreement with rental car agency, when my truck was completed I left rental car at auto body.

Between the insurance check and our payment they received over $2000 and they pointed out that they were charging me $3 for using my credit card! I felt that charging a fee for using my card for the amount I paid them was a little petty.The workmanship looks great and we are happy with the work performed.

Each time, CCAB came through for us, moving quickly to restore our cars to mint condition. Driving thru town on business had a tie-rod break, and ended up in the back of another vehicle. These guys were on point with customer service, knowledge, and the lets get it done attitude. They replaced my bumper, radiator, condenser, and yes even the tie-rod end. Thanks to all that helped me get back on the road.

Good customer service, not-so-good paint and body workmanship. I was unsatisfied with the quality of the repairs Charles County performed on my car. The job as-delivered to me had shrink-back in the topcoats that left ugly rings around the body filler work they had done, the clear coat had a lot of dirt and fisheyes in the finish, they left messy tape lines in the jambs, overspray on all side windows that they did not remove, and streaks in one of the blend panels. This was not an insurance job, this was a self-paid job - it was not on a rushed timeframe and it was not inexpensive. After I refused to take the car due to the obvious flaws in the refinish work, they sanded and buffed the worst panel, which did not remove the shrink-back defects and added visible orange peel mismatch, incompletely removed color sanding scratches, and buffer holograms. This was not a professional looking job that showed pride in workmanship and I was very surprised to see that a long-time shop sent a car out the door, twice, looking like that. To Charles Countys credit, their management team was concerned that I left so dissatisfied with the work performed and they made follow-up contact with me, listened to my concerns, and stayed in touch with me until they reached a fair solution that compensated me for the portion of their work that I decided to have another shop re-do. I appreciate the integrity and genuine concern of Charles Countys management team.

Had my truck and car towed by this shop and overall was a very good experience. Will deal with this body shop again.
