Small nice hotel..but not worth redisson affiliated. Breakfast was good.but they didnt provided initially. We had to persuade. Dinner was not buffet.. Needs to improve services

The rooms are spacious and the staffs are very cooperative.Considering it’s a 5-star hotel,the services available are minimal and not upto the standard.The food was the most disappointing part about my stay.The food was absolutely not worth the price and not what you expect to have at a 5-star hotel’s restaurant.Kindly look into the food section.

New concepts, new ideas like bath- room glass- door,slow- downing wc lid ,spick n span house- keeping but some staff arrogant bcaz they have enough clientele... particularly food is just ok n service very bad.And they have kept wash- basin just opposite wc at only 2 ft distance not good for hygiene.distance should b about 7 ft n it is still a better idea someday if they enclose or separate wc if the distance cannot be observed.wash basin can be in the bath -area instead.there is no harm even if basin gets washed,it will be cleaner..

The property is spacious. The staff is attentive and prompt. There is a spacious lobby area for small meetings. The hotel has a multicuisine restaurant Aroma. The breakfast menu is good. There is scope to improve south Indian preparations like Idli and Dosa. The idlis are hard and not soft. Idli chutney is bland in taste. The Upma preparation is far from expectations. The sooji was not roasted properly before making Upma. The rotis served in meals can be made of wheat flour instead of Maida. The breads also need to be served with wheat ata brown breads instead of white breads.The neat and clean property. Staff service. Staff support.

The infrastructure is 5 star but lacks the basic operations SOPs. Room service is fast and food is reasonably priced as per star hotel standard in NE but in breakfast there is practically nothing to eat.Size of the room is quite large..

There is simply nothing to dislike of this hotel, which rarely happens with me. Upon reaching the hotel, when for some reason our room was not yet ready, they simply upgraded us to the highest category of suites available with them. It was fully loaded with all the amenities you expect out of a 5 Star hotel. The suite was almost as big as a 1BHK Mumbai apartment. We spent two nights at this sprawling property in Imphal and truly felt like being at home. Each day, we came back to our room in the evening feeling like coming home, how much ever clichéd it may sound. The room had such positive energy to it. Beautiful views of the hills and the Manipur State Assembly at a distance from the full length windows of the living room and the bedroom made it even more special. The food is another winner. The in-room dining menu is quite elaborate and simply yummm. Also, the food is very reasonably priced for a hotel of this standard. The complimentary buffet breakfast is the only thing that can be improved, both in taste and variety. The restaurant staff too were super friendly and nice. In fact, the staff overall at this hotel is exemplary. In my opinion, this is by far the best hotel in Imphal. The other options of Imphal don’t even come close. If & when we come back to Imphal in the near future, it’s definitely gonna be this hotel and nothing else. Period!

Nice, clean and maintained hotel at the heart of the city and only 20 minutes drive from airport. The ambience is good for business trip as well as family vacation. Staffs are helpful and cooperative. The restaurant Aroma is decently decorated and the food thought bit spicy but tasty. The buffet breakfast has enough option to choose from.The only vertical where the management should improve is the service time. The room service is quite delayed and need to call more than once for anything.Overall I had a nice experience.

We stayed there for almost 10 days and it was basically a relaxed holiday for us. Moreover, my wife was having ligament issue and she really was happy staying in this hotel. The hospitality was excellent and they took extra care of my wife. Mr. Surchand with the other gentleman I do not remember the name , the receptionist really welcomed us with warmness. Mr. Johnny from the house keeping was always there for help and all other house keeping staffs were also very co-operative and helpful. Its just that the housekeeping forgets to provide shampoo and toilet accessories after cleaning and we had to remind them to provide us the same. They behaved very nicely. Thanks to the whole housekeeping department. Mr. Robinson, Mr. D M Mandarin, Mr. Dinu, Mr. Umason and Mr. Krishnan were basically there in the dining place and they really made us comfortable for our food as we are vegetarians so they took special care and instructed the chef regarding out being vegetarians. I am sorry if I have misspelled anybodys name and all those staff members whose names I do not remember. They were all very humble and polite. We stayed in room no. 3035 of which the door bell was not working and the dressing table light was not working. we never made complaint of because we were ok with that. Thanks to the whole classic grande staff members for out comfortable stay for long number of 10 days.

This is one of the best hotels to stay in Imphal.It is safe, good food, rooms our clean, toilets are clean which is very important. They also have a swimming pool. Its a couple friendly hotel.The front desk staff is good and cooperative.Complimentary breakfast have a variety of dishes and they are all worth trying.Overall if you are in Imphal this is the only hotel I will recommend, after all safety is the number one priority !!

Nice place, nice people, nice foods and nice rooms. Room service is great. The only issue I had was some power fluctuations. The conference halls is great for big to small parties and ceremonies. Price is also kinda fare.

I stayed here this month for 2 nights. Property is huge and well maintained but full professionalism is yet to be established.Rooms are good and specious. Clean ,but small details need to look after ,like 2 towels for 2 guests etc. Toiletries are also so tiny in size, finishes even before you use it.Food is so so. Breakfast spread is good for a hotel of this standard but needs improvement.Location wise, Hotel classic and Hotel Imphal are much better.And enthusiast project, needs to look after.

Best luxury hotel in imphal

Had the opportunity to stay in Hotel Classic Grande in Imphal 4-5 times during 2016-2018 and twice we had conducted Training for approx 50 participants.The rooms are modern and comfortable. The location being away from any main road and surrounded by beautiful landscapes, flower beds and lawns, the area is very clean and relatively dust free. For me and my team, Hotel Classic Grande is the best place to stay in Imphal.Hospitality of the staff is good and food is lovely. The tasty Manipuri dishes like Uti (One type is made of Rice, Green vegetables in an alkaline gravy with addition of Coriander and Onion, the other type is white pea in place of green vegetables. My personal choice is the former one. Alkalinity is by adding baking soda) and Chakhao (Kheer made of local Manipuri red rice & Jaggery) are awesome. The ambience of Classic Grande is multiplied with the paintings of Maningou, the famous Manipuri artist, the one of ‘Khamba & Thoibi’ and Lord Krishna’s ‘Raasa Leela’ are spectacularly prominent.

Good place and service. The Manipuri cuisine served at the ground floor restaurant is worth a try. Thee kebabs and grill place on the 6th floor is also good. The foot and neck and shoulder massage at the spa is absolute value for money.

This is supposed to be the best hotel in Imphal. The infrastructure is good. The rooms are well furnished and clean, so are the toilets. Service is professional enough, but could gave been a little faster. Food options are a little limited. The Indian selection is better not tried ..,. Not well cooked. Continental food is ok. Overall it is a good hotel minus the food.

This is one of the best places to stay at Imphal. Very good property with all the necessary amenities. They make excellent North Indian food. courteous staffs. Some of the cons, might be rooms are on the smaller side and 24-hr menu has nothing much to choose from..

As the only hotel worthwhile in Imphal, it seems to make most of the monopoly. Located just off main arterial road, its easy to find and serves the basic purpose. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Cleanliness was nice, too. Breakfast spread quite elementary but caters to most basic needs.

Hotel classic grand.. In chingmeirong, imphal west.. is very impressive. This is my second time stay here.To say a word about staff.. very humble and friendly. Facilities are good. They have multiple restaurants, outdoor pool, fitness center, spa, saloon, banquet hall, ball room, handicraft botique etc..food is hygienic and tasty and menu is wide range. Buffet lunch or dinner, may not be all days, i guess, is good and affordable. Restaurant on the ground floor has a glorious look.Rooms are comfortable. Services are quick and prompt. Enough parking at free of cost.On the whole campus is clean.and my stay was highly comfortable here.Thanks to all staff.

Classic Grande is a 170 room property with Max occupancy of 159 rooms. The rooms are decent. The food is decent enough but not worth giving 5* . The staffs are trained by The Classic Training unit under various GoI schemes and are mostly from humble origins. Service is improving with time. Location is not commendable in terms of view. Though it is connected to AH 1 through inlanes. Property is well built when compared to other hotels in Manipur. Most people visiting the property are basically for the purpose of business interaction, Govt organized events or for marriages etc. None the less, the hotel is not something you would regret visiting at least once.

It was a wonderful experience...everything was just perfect...the service the food and the room. Specially the hotel staffs are all too good... Dalina, Umadon,Ones ...I wish I could remember the other names as well...sorry for not being able to. My dtr was crying during check out...because she didnt want to come back...am greatful to all the hotel staffs present there...they did so much to make her smile...they made arrangements for dessert and a gift for her... i feel an attachment to the place and peopke there...looking forward to revisit

Well, I liked the atmosphere in the room. It was quiet, cool and good. Also love the place , the beautiful flowers outside are a main attraction. The services were good too. They took good care of us and Im not so sure about the location but its pretty good.

It’s just an average hotel with high prices but close to city centre and other important locations in the city. Rooms are very average and like cardboard boxes because neither windows are sound proof nor walls and as a result you can hear anything happening next door or in the hallways of the hotel or if someone drops anything in the tiled floor anywhere. If there is a party on 6 th floor than forget about your sleep as you will feel like sitting in the party despite causing all the windows and door.services and especially internet remains another issue here because net is neither stable nor you get one key solution rather if you are in room you have to put a different key to login to free internet and if you move out than again and if you go any part of the hotel you have to do it everywhere and everyday. The hotel certainly needs up-gradation of its IT and room key services as well as improve its customer services and Resturant services. Though breakfast is free but be early otherwise hard to find a plate sometimes. Recommended or not honestly don’t know entire,y up to you

Everything is good about this place except the Food. It can be a silly mistake, but for me have had a bad experience with food.I ordered a Chicken Biryani and received few fried mosquitoes in it. And then they changed the biryani after complaint but I couldnt have it again.

Beautiful hotel. Cozy rooms, clean lobby and remarkable room service. The buffet breakfast is good and has plenty of options to choose from. The coffee shop serves good coffee and the chicken patties are super-yum as is the Manipuri Thali which can be ordered a day in advance. The staff is courteous and very professional.

Loved the experience of staying here. However the rooms tend to get nousy due to wood partitions between the rooms. You are able to hear other people very clearly speaking in the other rooms. The Hospitality is spot on. The staff is friendly and courteous would definitely love to come again and would recommend to all who are visiting Manipur

I went to imphal for an official job, and stayed here for a night. The hotel is four star, with all necessary amenities available. Staffs are very courteous, and the place is wonderfully neat and clean. They have free Wi-Fi, but it wasnt working during my stay. Pricing is reasonable. Room heating is available. My only gripe is the food, which wasnt up to the mark. They have buffet for dinner, but I ordered room service, and was pretty much disappointed with the quality. Breakfast was complementary, but the choices werent varied, and once again, theres room for improvement quality wise. The place is about 45 minutes from Airport, which may extend to one hr during peak traffic. Overall, a decent staying experience.
