I love ecom company but in my area working hours is 12 hours from 6am to 6pm that is not good for us.

Hopeless courier, BlueDart delivered ₹45/- of parcel in timely with calling, however ECOM Express couldnt deliver parcel (medicine) of ₹4564/- even mobile number printed on address. They did not call as information about parcel timely (twice). So sad 👎👎👎👎👎

So glad my order was delivered, even though it was delayed by two days. I was getting nervous when my order was not delivered on the day it was supposed to, and when I tried calling their customer number it was not available. On top of these, reading all the negative reviews on google was doing no good. Imagine my happiness when the delivery called and asked for my exact location. I am giving three stars, will give full stars when Ecom Express Imphal does not delay delivery, and update their customer care number.

Worse courier service in the world! They also need 2-3 days to open the received packets and another 3-4 days or more for delivery that means after packets have been arrived, mostly additional 7-10 days is required for final delivery. They never realize what a private courier service is all about in terms of service delivery and efficiency.

The place is slow, the people who work here are slow. And I felt as if they were doing anything to make the customers never want to return here. Well, mission achieved. I will never come back here.Going to ecom express office is never fun, but the staff at this office is the worst Ive ever dealt with. The staff you deal with inside is always rude, slow, or unhelpful.I know it says one star but thats only due to the fact that theres no option for ZERO stars. This place is filled with disgruntled and incompetent workers, it gives me welfare office vibes and for some reason they never deliver my parcel I ordered online at my place. Instead they call me directly to collect the parcel.There are always at least a few good employees out of the lot but they need to do better than this.Ive spent about 10 minutes trying to find a word in the English language that can describe how horrible this place is. Worst courier in Imphal! I dont know why many online shopping companies are sending our parcels through this courier. Even if the parcel is in the delivery centre they wont deliver it for more than 3-4 days. Customers have to go their office to collect the parcel. This courier service provider doesnt even deserve a star. The employees are very arrogant, unprofessional and doesnt have any clue of what the customers are irate of. They promise of home delivery at your doorstep but its the complete opposite. The customer have to go and collect their parcel from the outlet themselves. The field executive who is given salary to make home delivery will not make any attempt to deliver or call the customers but will update every wrong informations to make it look like they are doing their jobs. If at all this courier service want to survive among other professional courier service provider, take your damn job seriously and fulfil what you promise to the customers. I was abit worried with all the negative reviews but i had a good experience. I ordered my things from online on 19April. I followed up their tracking. My things reached Imphal on 24april. And i got my things delivered at my house today on 25april. I did COD and they took the exact amount as stated while i checkout in my online site. No extra charges they asked. And i dont know why many people complain about not receiving a msg stating it has reached. I received​ a msg on morning before the day i got my things which says they will be coming for delivering my things . They keep me very well informed.

Worst kind of courier service in Imphal. They are a shame to the courier service industry. They will not deliver and send you an sms in Manipuri to collect the order. And when you desparately need your shipment and go to collect it, they will inform you that it will take a WEEK to open the bag. So, it takes more time in their warehouse than in the actual shipping period. And there is a LADY STAFF who seems to have no manner. A bunch of INEFFICIENT, RUDE and MANNERLESS people set out to tarnish the courier industry.

If you are not able to dispatch the product to their destination, why you have to take up the consignment at first causing inconvenience to the customer. If you have the petrol issue for your company then thats your problem and you need to deal with it instead of telling your customer that you dont have petrol for plying. You do not inform your customer about the arrival of product and when we call up to enquire, your staff will impolitely reply that we cannot deliver the product.
