I wish theres an option for giving minus forget zero for this studio team. They are forgetting the fact that whether a customer order from their studio or other studios across India or even online, at the end of the day, we all are customers of pepperfry and they are supposed to handle our issues/cases with equal importance. The entire team (including Supply chain , assembling team etc) have zero work ethics, doesnt have the slightest idea on how to handle the customers. The experience Ive had with the team is so bad and disappointing that I just feel so sad for the Studio Manager on having such an inexperienced, immature team under him.i wish they could be trained on doing a better job in the future and be taught on how to be professional first and foremost. The entire experience will make me think twice before buying from pepperfry again in the future.

Are you kidding me? You go to this shop and they show you stuff on pepperfry website and they order the stuff online for us. And they charge us Rs.180 convenience fee!!!Who the hell does that?!! Anyone can just sit at home and order the stuff from our own smart phones....at no extra charge!! Thieves!!!

It was a very bad experience,they dont even know how to talk to their customer,n were very rude ..they just want us to order from their store n they said they wont be responsible for any damage if we order online.n they said they wont be providing the fitting facilitis also they told to enquire the app about the fitting facilities but why? Why do we have to go there and order stuff when we can order it our own ??its nonsense.

The person(man) sitting at the counter was so rude. He was angry because I had ordered online and not from their store. I answered I am busy and if I can order from the comfort of my home why should I come here? He raised his voice and said why are you coming here now. I said I came because my order has reached Pepperfry studio Imphal and wanted to know when it is going to reach my home. I have never come across such a rude person in a store.
