Arrogant staff, different from all the shower.They better learn some manner..Loan department is the worse initially they will advertise as 11_12% but in reality they charge 33.5%

As this is the only authorised KTM Service Center in Manipur, spare parts are hard to find and servicing is also slow and you have to go early in the morning to get things done otherwise you have to wait for long hours and that too cant guarantee that youll get what you want.

Had a good experience today. Bike display was better than before. Showroom staff was quick with the work.If you are into KTM and HUSQVARNA bikes, this is the right place to purchase it, in Imphal.

Customer service very bad. though I got the required things but only after returning second time through reference.

I dont even wanna give 1 star here, worst service ever and so irresponsible. I applied for loan and they claim theyll respond in couple of days but today is day 14 and still nothing. Ive called twice and always heard excuses, i visited the store today and what they said was they didnt have the form because of covid, how is it even making sense?Update: day 28 still nothing.

The place doesnt accept Debit/credit Cards, just cash only(the staffs working there told me. Pretty disappointed with NO online/electronic transactions.)

Though im not a KTM fans i should say they were nice people and polite. They even solved my friends bike in a jeffy... 🤞👍
