Worst staff...no communication between them

Went to their service as there was no option, since it is the only authorised service centre for luminous in Imphal (within warranty period).Service is very very slow, customer service is very bad. Never respond correctly to the queries or status of the repair done. It took 3 weeks just to diagnose the problem, and another 2 weeks to replace the PCB. Even after the repair is done, they never had the courtesy to inform the client. We had to visit their shop to enquire and get back our stuff.

Not professional and time consuming. Work not done on time and hard to contact them.

Customer service is very lousy and awful.Very misleading and poor service quality.Response time rated zero.

Great place for electronic services and installations. It have a large variety of service in the electrical industries.. electrical items like AC, Refrigerator, Tv, etc for different brand like samsung,haier,etc are available here.. above all the staffs here are super friendly. It has a good service.. and added bonus is that the service charge are quite low as compared to other firms. Hope you like its services..
