The testing results of any kind is easy for a doctor to u understand....in short

I thought their service is good, however the test results are not reliable.Last week I had a PT-INR test, which is a very sensitive test, and I got a value of 1.07. I have increased my anticoagulant medication by 1MG, and took a test this week, I got a lower INR value of 1.06. How can I trust this result???Authorities kindly upgrade your instrument, people are risking their life.

Tiny clinic with less facilities n long wait period. pregnant woman are expected to wait 2-3 hours to get ultrasound done. regret taking appointment at this place.update: never do fetal anomaly scan from this place. we had to redo the scan from some other clinic as the report given by babina had no specific details for fetal heart. very misleading.

I just called to inquire about a test report to send me over email, this person who pick up my call responded me in high tone of voice as though I did a crime calling ..you can imagine what would our conversation be ,very unprofessional ,remember because of the sick people the clinic is running and you are getting your salary ,better be nice and compassionate to your customer ,you dont know them in what state of mind they would have been and in difficulties .In such reputed institution such attitude toward the customer is not expected ,I hope he better go and groom himself first and perform his job.I am sharing this to better the customer service .

Its my 2nd time going there to get test for my dad but end up going to srl both the times since the sample has to be taken at the exact time.. reason being- the receptionist (staff) are very slow and not responsive.. I think the managing director incharge should look into this matter.I suggest not to go incase of emergency because they will take atleast 20 mins just to register ur name.My sincere review (fact)

Stuff are really busy in their gossip !! Shouldnt they be more focused on the patient and guide them? pathetic stuff only interested in gossips. Is this how you train your stuff?

They delayed my report for such a long time, but kept making false promises. The worst freaking service ever. LAZY LAZY LAZY people. They will take your money but they will be incompetent. They cant even deliver anything on time. They will straight up lie to your face.

Less crowd this days, if you go early in the morning. Responsive staff and clean place.
