That frustrated middle aged lady should be suspended from her post... Extremely rude, I waited for more than an hour and went my turn came ,she said they wont be able to send claiming the boxes where big... It was nearly 5kg per boxes as the products were light weight kouna...Pathetic

This is the worst service everThey close the post office before 1p.mIndian post should employ young active people as postman and remove old people who cant do the duty properlyThe postman from langol never deliver the parcel saying that he cant walk since he is getting oldHe is the most rude person everIf he cant walk anymore please make him retireHe is not fit for this work anymore.

Having sent packages from other post office branches in other cities at different times of the day, I really must say if you want to get anything done in this Lamphel Post office then go before 12 pm. I had the experience of interacting with the unpleasant man at the counter who was rude and refused to take my package after 12pm.The man even refused to take money for the package unless I tendered the exact change. He didnt bother checking with his cash drawer. I had to go ask around to get the exact rupees for my packageA very laid back system which couldnt care less about the people they are serving.

Ordinary posts r rarely delivered, have to download many admit cards of almost all examinations cos of non delivery... Only registered post r delivered.
