Worse courier service in the town. The staffs are decent and supportive but its the way this is run by its owner who really does not care about the customers. They will never contact you for the delivery on time and they do not provide their contact number for queries.They will not contact you even after you escalated the matter to customer service.Horrible service in Imphal. Safe Express should terminate their franchisee as it is ruining the brand.

Let me come and pick it up. Tracking shows its in distination. No calls no information, its been 4 days at your place. You have many storage area i cant check all the places. Are you all hatching eggs there? At least provide the dame phone number.
