I sincerely doubt the genuineness of this so called authorised reseller as it must be listed in apple companys reseller page but no this isnt listed. For more clarification, only an apple customer executive can verify this. Today the world is a small global village with all information within grasp so interested persons must verify it before goin.The difference between buying from apple resellers and other brick-mortar store is, only the authorised resellers charges a premium amount & they dont easily reduce the selling price than MRP as they keep the difference in rate small, but the upside of buying from authorised is there is very little change of getting a defective apple product, but having said that if you got one, its okay coz its a man-machinr made product and not Gods own adam-eve Apple.So bottom line argument is if you are paying a premium price of an authorised reseller rate than u better confirm if they are who they really claim to be as Apple authorised reseller & for that confirmation u need to talk apple executive here 0008001009009.

They sold faulty manufacturing defect phones.And they will manipulate ur customer right. Back in 2014 I bought an iphone 6 plus n the camera wasnt working and again iphone 11 last year n the lock button wasnt since the day I got it n they refused saying it was tampered
